I'm giving this product a 1☆ review due to its latest false advertising. Uvlizer's most recent Ad claims to treat Bed bugs.Having worked as a PCO here in the US and knowing bed bugs, there is no way these could treat bed bugs unless possibly you could hold the lamp directly 1" over every live bug for at least 1 minute. Showing a 5☆ Trustpilot rating on their website is also false and misleading. For the purpose of reducing airborne allergens and dust mites it might rate 3☆.

It works as advertised

Dust mite relief. FINALLY!
I purchased one Uvlizer tower months ago. I have a dust mite allergy but by a regular program of dusting/vacuuming I thought I had it somewhat under control. One day a few weeks ago I decided to pull the Uvlizer (still in its shipping materials) out of the closet and give it a try. The results were amazing. Not only did my principle symptoms subside, other symptoms that I never realized were connected to the allergy also improved noticeably. No sneezing fits, no runny nose after breakfast and most importantly, no more pressure or "popping' of my Eustachian tubes. A complete win. Now in addition to regular housework, I run my lamp once a week and I feel "Born Again".

I emailed customer service because tracking indicated it was not moving from one place. I received an immediate response and within a few days it was at my door. I am very happy with my purchase. There is a big difference in the air in my bedroom and living room. It smells fresh and clean.

The rep. Laura, explained in detail about this machine. I am comfortable in making a purchase today. She was so detailed in her explanation of how the machine works ,and what I should do for my fur and feather babies that I deeply love. She put my mind at ease and I am comfortable to purchase this product to take care of the dust mites that are biting by dog and myself. Thank you for your wonderful representative that assisted me in making this decision today.

The unit stops working within weeks of operation. Customer Service is a Joke ! The phone number is always "Mailbox full" the E mail keeps getting kicked back. (Yes, I realize it is a dot co) Not com.
This is my second unit that has stopped working.
They wanted me to take a video of the unit not working.
Don't waste your time and money. Go Get the WBM Smart unit. Great price and good service.

We’ve noticed such a difference, not only cleaner smelling air. But it leaves you with a mood boosting effect.

The company has no public information on the dangers & warnings of their product. This is not reviled until you purchase the product & view the manual. This puts many limitations on the use of the product. In addition the company offers no downloadable manuals. This is not an ethical products for humans. Not a transparent company.

The company does not show any of the following cautions on their product not is it searchable for public viewing. Bad contact informations.

Uv light can harm your eyes & skin. Avoid exposure to the light when the product is turned on.

Don't enter a room during disinfection.

When operating the product people, animals, & plants must not be present TO AVOID DAMAGE CAUSED BY ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION.

Must read instruction before use to avoid serious medical issues.

I have 3 Uvilizers and love them! Easy to use and work fantastic! Highly recommend!

I am a registered nurse and I understand the importance of a product that disinfects a room. I feel very fortunate to have two of these in my home. This product gives me peace of mind that it even kills mold and influenza. Great product besides cleaners in my personal arsenal!!!

I absolutely love my Uvlizer! I have 3 and use them all the time. I recently had a question about whether or not it is safe for house plants. The company answered me quickly...its best to cover the plants. I just move mine out of the room when using it. I love the smell of the room after using it, it smells so clean and fresh :-)

Ordered the product on Dec 19 of 2923. It’s January 5th and nothing has showed up, tracking information is still blank, customer service phone lines are shut off and all I get is automated canned emails. Don’t know where y’all are getting yours from, but seems like a scam to me.

Recently I had mice in my condo and the smell lingered. Besides my bedroom is the only room in the condo that accumulates dust every single day. The first time I used the Uvlizer, the smell disappeared and was replaced with a fresh soothing smell. Then when I looked at a wall which had accumulated some dust, I saw it turned black, signifying dead killed dust mites. Now I use the Uvlizer once a week in mine and my 84 year old mums bedroom. I just love it.

I haven't purchased a product yet. However, their chatbot when I had real, legit, specific questions was surprisingly, extremely helpful! I'm used to getting very generic, scripted responses from website customer service chats, that never really answer my questions. However, their chat literally answered every question I had with detail! I'm super impressed with the customer service that I'll definitely be purchasing at least one of the UV lights, and possibly other products!

Arrived in good condition but have been out of town so I haven't used it yet. I'm in FL right now so I decided to order one for here. By mistake I ordered 5 units instead of one and unfortunately there is no way to decrease or delete the number of items to correct this - it was late night shopping so I cancelled this order. No problem with having my card credited. Thank you.

We love our Uvilizer. My husband has horrible allergies and we have 2 cats and 2 dogs - we have been using the Uvilizer to help with allergies. I can’t believe how clean the room smells after using it. My daughter loves it too! She has 5 cats and 2 dogs! What a difference in freshness!

For the money, this may be the best little appliance on the market to help with having multiple pets. I love the smell of my bedroom after I've (safely) used this, and the energy in the room feels very different. I've had this for nearly a year and each time I use it I think, "why don't I use this more often???"
