Bunch of crooks. Made false promises about the amount Then charged VAT on top of the 27% fee My advice is do it yourself. Phone HMRC. They will tell you what to do and it’s not difficult

Hi Paul, As we are a VAT registered company, we are legally obliged to charge VAT, this is also stated clearly within the contract signed before any service is carried out.
We would love not to have to charge our clients VAT as it does deduct from the rebate total, however this is out of our hands unfortunately.

I was intensely sceptical and took an eternity to finally decide to go ahead. Eventually I did and need not have had any concerns at all. Everything went incredibly smoothly and totally hassle free. I’d use GMT again in a heartbeat.

At first I was hesitant that it may be…
At first I was hesitant that it may be a scam and just took the plunge based on the good reviews. Thankfully the company is legit and very professional. They asked me for certain information about the property and photographic proof to help our case, then they confirmed they could take our case, sent us a contract stimulating their fees and then gave me a timeline about when we should be hearing back. It all went well and we have now received our tax rebate. I would definitely recommend the company.

I bought an auction property and when we managed to view after we had bought, the property had damp, mould, asbestos and structural faults. The process with Get my tax was quick, easy and efficient. Would highly recommend this service. I received over £2000 back from my stamp duty.
