Shocking customer service skills, no one ever picks up the business phone, phone does not work properly. Terrible sales team never available. Looks like they are working 2 hours per day.
Their business model is not that I would recommend anyone to secure a facility at the end you will be declined given lame excuses. The team will waste your precious time and will leave you just empty hope.
I would highly recommend direct Invoice Finance such as Cleverton, Close Brothers, HSBS, Barclays or Hitachi.
No courtesy to call you back and explain why they have declined your application after one month of communication. they will easily fob you off with an email!
The amount of personal data they collect from you I hope they have a secure date protection system in place. I wouldn't trust them.
