It has been alleged by a number of business introducers that this lender is not paying contractually due commission and is ignoring emails and messages chasing for payment. I am told they are trying to find a buyer, so existing customers may choose to be careful about this. If they do get a buyer, some would say alienating business introducers and treating them so badly will not bode well for any business coming out the other side. Failing to communicate with your source of business is not wise or acceptable.

The service TP24 is offering businesses is the answer to my prayers. We are a profitable business that recently saw an unprecedented slow down on invoice payments by our clients which was putting huge pressure on our cash flow. When we went to our bank to request an extension to our overdraft, they offered a pittance, wanted me to sign over all my life’s worth or tried to hard to flog us invoice financing. Then entered TP24. We were able to use our debt book to our advantage to get a rolling facility for a decent amount and they required no personal guarantee. I now have peace of mind that we have access to the finance we need to see us through the highs and lows of our cash flow and it could not have been easier to set up. Thank you TP24 for making it so this small business owner can once again sleep at night!

TP24 are very friendly and efficient. They understand our business and our needs and react quickly to our requests.

They are well-organised and communicate effectively and regularly which is important when money is involved. If I had some constructive criticism it would be that there has been a high level of staff turnover which means that we seem to get emails from a lot of different people and it is not always to know who is our account manager. But overall the experience has been positive and straightforward.
