I was extremely happy with the product they produced it was better than I expected.
The product looks quite realistic and you can tell they paid attention to detail in preparing to mold the figurine. The customer service was excellent as well, an individual from the company stayed in touch with me during the process and we went back-and-forth with photos about how the product was going to come out. Customer care was excellent. Service was excellent. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Outstanding Service
I ordered a very unusual figure, while the company mainly specializes in human characters. Because of my special request, there were some challenges regarding size, details, and the production process. During printing, it turned out that the figure could not be color-printed due to its shape and details, so the team contacted me proactively to explain the situation and inform me about a delay because the figure had to be hand-painted instead.
In hindsight, this turned out to be a clear upgrade, as thequality and detail on the figurine are really good. Throughout the entire process, the communication was transparent, friendly, and highly professional. I was always offered clear solutions, received regular updates including photos and videos of the production, and felt very well taken care of.
Despite the challenges, the service has been outstanding.

Getfiguro - awesome work.
Getfiguro is a wonderful company to deal with; not only because of the fantastic work they do but how quickly it got done. I asked them if it could be done before my Father's 80th birthday. It made it on time. Actually was here a day early. The details were on point and exquisitely made. Everyone loved it and could not believe it was made from a simple picture. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Getfiguro for the fantastic job you did.

Ich habe eine Einzelperson bestellt. Die vorherige Abstimmung mit Niro war ganz großartig. Er hat schnell reagiert und ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Die Figur ist heute angekommen. Es ging wirklich schnell. Sie war sehr gut verpackt und das wichtigste: sie ist richtig schön geworden! Nur die Augen sind nicht ganz sooo gelungen. Aber bei einem so kleinen Teil. Ich bin jedenfalls begeistert und kann es nur empfehlen.
