The figure look very similar with a touch of funny as I wanted. The item took a bit too ship but when I asked, they quickly got on to track the package and gave me an answer. I am placing another order as I'm writing this review 😄

Omg, before receiving it I was a little skeptical, was unsure that it was going to look exactly like him but they did an AWESOME job. The quality is great and when I look at it I’m looking at my son, who unfortunately passed away. I highly recommend these guys to anyone!

I ordered a dog figure from here and I absolutely loved ittt! It was an anniversary gift for my partner that we celebrated yesterday and he loved it too!! I do recommend getting small figures with them!

Very detailed, legit company. Order took a while to arrive but when it did, it was nicely packaged for safe travels. No issues with the order or the figure.

The figurine, although smaller than imagined was spot on. It looked exactly like the picture I submitted and despite the lack of legs in the picture the stance was perfect. Facial details were great. Highly recommend.

I'm generally satisfied with the result. I ordered small 10cm figurine, but I wanted it to sit, not stand. No problem, they made it sitting - although then its height is of course less than 10cm.
The result is very detailed and polished, even for the small size.
During the order, I got an AI preview made of my photo. While the preview was making impression of a reflective plastic material, actual figure looks and feels like a gypsum. Which is not a flaw at all, just the property of used technology.
Only a golden necklace didn't look like real gold, I may need to paint it a bit myself :)

I ordered two figurines from Getfiguro.com and overall I’m very happy with my purchase.
The larger figurine was extremely accurate, especially considering I only provided a photo. The detail was impressive, including the backside of the figurine, which was done very well and clearly received attention.
The second figurine was quite small (about 8 cm), so the details weren’t as precise, but it was still close enough and understandable given the size limitations.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship.

I had a positive overall experience. The team was very kind, attentive, and genuinely listened to my requests and specific needs. Even after a few initial mistakes, they remained responsive and committed to making things right, which I really appreciated.
However, it’s important to keep in mind that the final price may increase depending on adjustments during the process. For example, I initially chose the smallest figurine (8 cm), but I was later asked to select a larger size to make the work easier, which resulted in an additional cost of about $140. I understand that this was necessary to ensure better resemblance to the picture (not 100% like the faces in the picture, but still good) and feasibility, but it’s definitely something to consider when choosing your picture and planning your budget.

Very responsive and willing to discuss what we wanted. Even after we ultimately decided we didn't want to proceed they were super professional and helpful the entire time!

Fatto un ottimo lavoro! Inizialmente ero un po scettico, ma adesso mi sono ricreduto, ditta molto seria anche come corrispondenza, rispondendo a tutte le mie domande.
A vederla questa statuetta mi sono emozionato molto, era un momento con mia moglie che dovevo immortalare in modo diverso da una semplice foto, mia moglie non c e più. Ed io rivivo guardando quella statuetta quel momento felice vissuto insieme a lei! Grazie a Niro e a tutta la ditta FIGURO!

I made a mistake when I first placed my order - I missed the prompt to add the picture. I reached out to the company and Niroshan got back to me right away and the communication was excellent. She helped me with my questions and even followed up to make sure I had received the figure and to see how I liked the figure. I was very impressed with all of this. About the figure - I was very pleased with that also. I would definitely order from this company again.

They made it just the way I wanted it. It looked just like picture (even better because the picture was only the face they made full body). The person I gifted it too was also very impressed very emotional. I received it in a timely manner. I recommend 100%

They were very communicative from start to finish and made sure I knew what was happening at all phases. Further the end product turned out perfectly, would highly recommend.
