Excellent first impression

Probably too soon to rate the service, but people say 'there is only one chance for a first impression' and man, the first impression was beyond my expectations. If everyone at this company is as savvy and patient as Brigham Florentin, I could safely say I made a great investment. Looking forward to our partnership, and hoping every interaction is as good as the first one.

Had a last minute emergency call with…

Had a last minute emergency call with Andre and it went spectacular. Our earlier call had technical difficulties, but Andre was able to schedule an impromptu call 30 minutes later. He answered our questions promptly. Very happy with Andre.

Top Notch Customer Service!

I’ve had an amazing experience with Extendly so far. Carolina and Brigham were incredibly helpful while I was customizing one of the snapshots I purchased to better match my niche. They provided excellent advice, and the calls were impactful, focused, and full of clear action items. Thanks to them, I’m getting this work done way faster than I originally planned.

I also had an onboarding call with Oscar after purchasing their onboarding services, and he went above and beyond. He walked me through everything step by step, gave me a ton of clarity, and helped me get my side of the setup completed quickly and efficiently.

Kudos to the entire Extendly team. The level of customer service they provide is truly top-notch. Highly recommend.

I want to start by saying the GetExtendly team is seriously top-tier. Across multiple sessions and touchpoints, the whole team has been high caliber — professional, patient, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed. They consistently go beyond what you’d expect, and it shows.

That said, I have to give a special shoutout to Carolina from the Onboarding Team.

I’ve worked with Carolina on multiple support/onboarding sessions, and she has been consistently outstanding every single time.

Most recently, Carolina helped me migrate and set up a clean new GoHighLevel sub-account, and she went way above and beyond. She walked me through the migration step-by-step (and explained the “why” behind each step), including moving over key integrations like Stripe, Google Calendar, social connections, domain transfer, and phone number moves. She also helped get the AI Implementation snapshot loaded correctly and made sure the setup was actually usable in the real world, not just “technically installed.”

What I appreciate most is her style: she’s patient, professional, and extremely thorough, but still easy to talk to. She never rushes, she answers questions clearly, and you can tell she genuinely wants you to succeed (not just close the ticket and move on).

Carolina isn’t the exception — but somehow she still exceeds my expectations every time.

Four Years Strong: Why we have high confidence in the Extendly team

Our agency is 16 years old. We’ve seen a lot of third-party vendors come and go over the years, so we don't stick around unless a partner delivers. That context is important because we’ve been with Extendly going on four years now.

I’ll be the first to say that it hasn’t always been perfect—we’ve experienced a few technical bumps and bruises along the way. However, anyone in this industry knows that tech hurdles happen; what matters is the people resolving them. From Beant on down, this team is solid.

With the massive proliferation of AI in our business—and in ALL the businesses we support—adopting the new AI features was a critical move for us.

Justin did a fantastic job walking us through the technical setup. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and handled our questions with ease.

It was also great to have Carolina on the call. She has been with us since we first started, and she has walked countless customers through the onboarding process. Her presence brought a level of continuity and experience that you rarely find in the SaaS space.

Extendly makes it easy...

Extendly makes it easy to setup and provide technical answers to GHL. Before I had subaccounts, I was using them to get quicker and easier answers then going to GHL directly. Their team is there to help. I really appreciate the leadership and their vision of how they help and influence the GHL community.

I have had Extendly for over a year and…

I have had Extendly for over a year and it's been absolutely HORRIBLE. Every single time I need to add the button to a new sub-account I have to put in an escalated ticket to add the button to that sub (not even including live chat, just the entire button). Then I was on the 20 site plan but they only gave me 10. They said I had to downgrade and then re-upgrade to get the 20 sites...which increased the price, of course. Then, AFTER I paid the increase, I STILL couldn't add more sites. So then they said I had to be upgraded to version2, so they did that. It broke everything, took away critical features, etc. I said to put me back on v1 but they said they can't.......so we're just out those features. I had to rebuild everything and it's still awful. Then last night.......I go to add a new site again..............they've removed every single one of my subs so my entire agency is lacking the button INCLUDING the ones with live chat, and they couldn't fix it. I still have zero locations in my Extendly account.

This is not including horrible service like when their tech support told my one clients that she can transfer and merge her account into another account with another agency! (1. not even possible to merge accounts, 2. why is tech support recommending switching agencies!?!?). Luckily, it's one of my awesome clients who was just curious and wasn't interested in actually transferring.

Yes, I've escalated the tickets, I've said how unhappy I am as these problems have continued. I gave them a year to get all of the glitches sorted out and it's non-stop problems. My clients are extremely frustrated, too!

Last night, my husband and I were discussing switching to Growthable. I just don't think we can keep having these problems. :'(

If I could I would give a 0 star

If I could I would give a 0 star. After 5 emails and 2 weeks, no responses to our emails. We had purchased a snapshot and GHL Animation studios videos. The following is the last email I wrote to them. "This is seriously the worst customer service I have ever had. For one I had spent $2k on your videos. and none of them are useful. The mistakes made were indicative of someone not knowing how to do professional video edits and/or rushed job. For that kind of money, especially since all you are doing is putting my name and brand colors in, should have been leaps and bounds better. I just hope as a company that serve thousands of people like me would honor their mistake and offer the refund. I am not going to use the videos for two reasons. 1. they were a large disappointment and I needed those videos a month ago when we decided to do a large push with the software. Because of the lack of communication and slowness, we have lost our opportunity to sell in that crucial window which has also resulted in us shuttering our doors. 2. we are no longer using the whitelabel version of the software to cut costs. I am so disappointed in how we were treated by your company and now are suffering the consequences of ever putting our trust in your company. We will just add it to our list of disappointments by putting our trust in companies that claim they actually care about your success. BTW, we received absolutely no support with our $1k snapshot as well, and the support we did receive was flippant and apathetic."
If you are considering this company, run away! I went from HL Pro Tools thinking this company would be a better option. Boy was I terribly wrong. HL Pro Tools gives you dedicated slack support, better knowledgable employees, and seriously the better option. The custom website creator from HL Pro Tools is clunkier but I would take a clunkier UX over no support and horrible follow-up! Just trying to save anyone else from this company

Gone downhill fast

I was really surprised because after reading stuff on Reddit it seemed like they should be great. They were extremely disorganized; their snapshot was outdated and missing GHL updates from 6+ months ago, and getting a refund was like pulling teeth.

I'm very disappointed with Extendly and will not be using them again.
