Don’t waste your money. And don’t waste your time if you already purchased one to try to return it because there isn’t a return address. Simply contact your credit card company and have them reverse the charge telling them it’s a scam. I’m glad that I went on here and saw the reviews before I started to try to purchase one! Just trying to help everybody else out.

If I could give it a lower rating I would! This is the biggest scam ever from an infomercial! All built around lies, "50 degrees to 72 degrees in minutes" this crap unit ran in my 10x10 office and didn't make 1 degree difference! Then when you realize in the first 5 minutes just exactly how much of a crap product the eco-warm really is and want to return it and start the process, the return address is in CHINA, and the cost to return it is greater than the pos unit it! And Anna and Nicole in Customer Service throw it in your face and mention "it state the return address is on the website"
One of the worst scams ever! And Mr. Set it and forget Ron Popiel would even laugh at this POS and refuse to put his name on it! Yeah, stay away from this one!!!

As someone else has mentioned my breath is warmer than these useless heaters! Thankfully I only purchased one, I feel for anyone who took the offer & bought four of these garbage machines. Only myself to blame as I didn’t check Trustpilot & other websites highlighting the scam before ordering.

Can't find ecowarmoffical address to return wall socket heater. Remote control gubbed,heat capacity air flow poor and I'm better using a hair dryer. YouTube are a disgrace letting this scam proceed selling this s --t

Has anyone had any success in returning and getting a refund for the Marvelous EcoWarm heaters - if so please provide me an address or contact- again I hate scams and feel for this hook line and sinker.

Like a damn fool I fell for it. Ordered 4 like a nut and know as far as returning will be a nightmare.

Can’t even find how and where to return them. Lesson learned. Don’t fall for this BS. Plug in a hair dryer or toaster and you will be better off. Stupid is Stupid does !!!

If you click on that 5 star review it says "No Matches" so how about you take that off there? Its deceiving.

If you read their reviews they give themselves 4 stars. Come on people how can this little Mickey Mouse device do what they claim? Don’t fall for the BS, I didn’t!

Due to a severe sleep disorder, I saw this heater, thought it would be value for money and ordered it. After hearing nothing about this order, I contacted this "So called Company" and asked for a full and immediate refund. The next day I received an email stating that my order had been sent, despite the fact that they had previously stated there was a huge delay in supplying this item. I NOT ONLY WANT, BUT DEMAND, A FULL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND FOR THIS IS YET ANOTHER ONE OF CHINA'S SCAMS. It is high time that the British Government ceased trading with this corrupt Country and started to care about it's people who are, quite obviously, being scammed out of money which they can ill afford to pay. I am sure that Martin Lewis of TV fame will be only too happy to take up my complaint. Finally, despite stating that they offer free delivery, I was charged. This item will be returned.

Impossible to get an answer from the company to cancel The order or return I have received three I ordered 2 arrived damaged they are cheap not efficient and the way the order is processed without checking you have ticked a box you are charged for life time guarantee let’s see how that works complete rubbish product it’s a total scam

This is a scam. It might warm the room, but it is NOT energy efficient and NOT cheap. Normal electrical heater is of the same efficieny or even better.

Another heater scam!! None of the claims made in this advertisement are true. Not a single one. It is the cheapest junk from China that is being sold here. And this made up story about an engineer is just ridiculous. In the summer this guy invents cooling devices and in the winter he switches to heaters. Such fraudulent advertising should be banned. I always have the impression that it is always the same company that makes these fraudulent advertising claims. Do not buy this garbage...it is nothing but a SCAM!!

The only thing capable to heat a room in 90 seconds from 10 to 23 degrees Celcius is an open fire. People use your common sense and don’t believe everything they tell you…

3 ecowarmers besteld en betaald.
Ik kreeg een orderbevestiging op 21 oktober en heb tot op heden niets meer vernomen. Met veel moeite heb ik inmiddels gevonden dat deze uiterlijk 20 november geleverd wordt.Dus dat moet ik maar afwachten.
Op de website is vermeld dat men contact op moet nemen met de klantenservice bij problemen maar het is niet mogelijk direct contact te maken met een clantenservice. Waarschijnlijk bestaat deze niet.
Als deze klantenservice werkelijk bestaat waarom is hier dan geen telefoonnummer of e-mailadres van vemeld
DUS GA NIET IN ZEE MET DIT BEDRIJF.
Alle signalen staan op rood !!
Inmiddels veel reviews gezien die allemaal zonder uitzondering uitermate negatief waren over dit product en dit bedrijf.
Check eerst de reviews over een bedrijf voordat je daar iets koopt.
