Great communication from start to finish regular updates on transportation of my order and quality service

Company doesn’t even deserve a star, but was the only way I could write review. Requested to return two shirts that cost me £30.57 as the quality was poor and both were smaller in size, and arrived 3 weeks late. They have come back today saying, “shipping may be very expensive to you, about $20-$35 dollars. So how about we refund you £3 (3 GBP) as compensation and you keep the products. Hope that’s acceptable”. What a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Order took 5 weeks i ordered 2 gents tops before football started took 5 weeks to come and football was finished
Apart from that they were like boob tubes
I asked to return and get my £30 refund they have offered me £7 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER £30 for crap there not on

Arrived inside a fortnight, nice quality

pues una vez realizado el pedido, no hubo muchos días de espera para recibirlo; y la camiseta me está bien de medidas. Todo y que me gusta, esperaba un poco más de estampado

I have ordered a T-shirt from getbrit wear a Moroccan football one the quality is so poor I'm not even going to wear it very very bad so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I can’t knock this company. They kept me informed of every stage of the process. So I know exactly where my parcel was at all time

I ordered a top almost 3 weeks ago and have not been kept informed of transit, I have had to send emails to get updates but my latest reply from them is "As we checked, your order is on its way to you normally. The system might have some delays these days.". I have no idea yet when it might arrive. I don't even know, looking at their tracking system, if the goods are still in China, or in flight, or have arrived in the UK. I will update this comment when/if it arrives. If the shirt does not arrive, or is not what was displayed/ordered I will contact my Credit Card company to demand a refund based on Trading Standards.

Communication was not brilliant, I honestly thought it was a scam, no proper updates and when it was delivered it was just left on my doorstep when I was in all day, I have a front door bell that works fine but no attemp to ring or knock, on a plus note t-shirt is great design and fits true to size

I ordered an embroidered England top and it’s printed and I found the same top on temu for £
2 and they changed me £24 rip of Britain needs to get them and it took 6 weeks to come

Took far to long to be delivered and the surcharge including delivery charge was excessive for what the item was . Too expensive basically

Top is great delivery took too long.

This company kept me updated from the day I placed my order right through the process until I received my order.I was very surprised at the quality of my items would not hesitate to recommend this company

Ordered 2 England shirts on the 4th of June..still not received my purchase. Just disgusting service. Company supposed to be based in UK. Advertises products as in stock which is totally mis leading. Fraudulent company buying cheap crap from China...do not waste your money...avoid at all costs...reporting to trading standards.

Quality of the goods were good delivery service good will order again

Nice shirt but sadly the item was too small to be a 2XL. I would advise anyone thinking of buying one to order a size bigger. The budget delivery option takes about a month to reach the UK
