De tops zien er leuk uit, goed genaaid. Ik mis alleen wat voor soort stof het is en wat de was instructies zijn.

Expectations met! I like the fabric and the design. However, the little button of one of my blouses fell instantly, it would need to be more secured. Also, I don't know exactly how the bow really works, it should've brought instructions on how to style it because right now I have no idea, I'll have to look it up.

​I was a bit worried at first after reading some online reviews that I might not receive my order at all, but it actually arrived right on time! I’m very happy with it. It looks exactly like the pictures. The sizing is accurate as well. Everything is great, and I’m really satisfied and grateful. Thank you!

No problems ordering, shipping took a long time, shirt was not as expected, shiny, nylon fabric instead of cotton. I have allergies to nylon. Disappointed.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

I received a skirt that arrived with oil stains on it. Let me be very clear: this item was supposed to be NEW. Customers pay for new clothing, not clothing that already looks damaged, dirty, or previously mishandled.

The real shock, however, came when I contacted customer service. I explained that the skirt had arrived stained and asked for what any reasonable customer would expect—a replacement or a refund. Their response?

"You can try and clean it - Thanks."

That was it.

No apology. No accountability. No concern whatsoever that they had sent a damaged item. Just a dismissive suggestion that I should fix their mistake myself.

Why on earth should I be cleaning a brand-new skirt that I paid good money for? I didn't purchase a cleaning project. I purchased a new garment. The audacity of sending out a stained item and then telling the customer to wash it themselves is genuinely unbelievable.

What kind of quality control allows oil-stained clothing to be packaged and shipped in the first place? And what kind of customer service department thinks that "try and clean it" is an acceptable response when a customer receives a defective product?

This company clearly has no respect for its customers. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, they attempted to push the inconvenience and risk onto me. If I tried to remove the stain and damaged the fabric, who would be responsible then? Apparently not them.

I've never encountered such a dismissive and unprofessional response from a retailer. The complete lack of accountability is astonishing. A simple apology and an offer of a replacement or refund would have resolved this situation immediately, but instead they chose to treat a legitimate complaint as if it were an inconvenience.

The skirt arrived stained. The customer service was even worse. If this is how the company handles obvious defects, I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to think twice.

Save your money and shop somewhere that actually cares about the condition of the products they send out and the customers who buy them.

Update: gestern kam ein Päckchen der Firma an: natürlich - wie sollte es anders sein - nicht vollständig, der teuerste Artikel fehlt. Davon abgesehen, dass die Qualität der gelieferten Artikel sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt :( Erfahrung unterm Strich: sehr enttäuschend

The sweatshirt is beautiful but unfortunately it is at least a size too small even though I measured for size.
Delivery was in a good time frame

The moderate quality of the hat was as expected for what I paid, but it got misshapen during international shipping in a thin shipping bag (unless it was already like that).

Quand j'ai passé la commande (25 mai) je n'ai pas réalisé que le site était à l'étranger. La commande a mis beaucoup de temps à être validée (5 juin), j'ai eu peur d'une arnaque mais une fois le service client contacté, j'ai obtenu des réponses rapides. En revanche je n'ai jamais reçu de mail de suivi de la livraison et il a fallu que j'aille régulièrement sur le site pour suivre la livraison par moi même et les infos trouvées n'étaient pas claires. J'ai compris que la livraison était arrivée presqu'un mois après la commande (19 juin) quand j'ai reçu ce message me demandant de noter mon expérience ...

Exactement ce que j'ai commandé. Belle qualité de vêtements. Suivi adéquat.

Items received was cute and good material, although one of the tops I ordered had a tear right in the middle front of the collar. Shipping was within decent time and with updates regularly; but once in the UK then no furhter updates on the parcel being deliver etc. Would consider ordering again.
