A++ Service

Everyone that touched base with me from the Akko team was truly wonderful and made the claims experience much more palatable than it otherwise could have been. Prior to filing my claim I was in touch with Google customer support since the phone was still under warranty and had a truly awful experience with them. But the team at Akko made the whole process so easy and convenient and always followed up to every email in an extremely timely manner. I will absolutely be recommending their services to everyone I know!!

Easy communication

Easy communication. It took 24hrs for response. Due to having photos uploaded prior to inner screen malfunction, authorized refund.
Make sure send in estimates and receipts on a timely fashion. Refund turnaround was 12hrs.

AKKO is the best insurance you can get for your phone. They’ve always been there for me when I need my phone fixed AKKO always gets the job done at a reasonable time. Thank you AKKO you are the best keep up the good work 😊

Reliable and efficient

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience with AKKO. When my cellphone needed replacement, they handled the entire process seamlessly and efficiently, which really took a load off my shoulders. Their customer service was top-notch, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. I genuinely can’t recommend them enough!”

Pixel 6 Cracked Screen

I found that using the AKKO Cell phone insurance app to correspond with AKKO was not very responsive but using the desk top browser had very good response chat times; sometimes almost immediately!

Once the necessary claims documentation was submitted, it was very quickly sent to my designated payment source!

This was our first claim with AKKO in the 3 yrs we have had them as cell phone insurance and will continue to use them!!!!!

It is a pretty easy claim process

It is a pretty easy claim process. Just be sure when you do the video to capture the Akko app open so they can see their device number. It was a very smooth and fast reimbursement.
