I couldn't believe how FAST our order got here! FROM GERMANY! Incredible! It was 3 days from the order date! I didn't even know that was possible! This is a great shop! Great communication, prompt shipping (LIGHTNING SPEED!), just great overall! If you miss your German products, this is definitely a great option! And the shipping is totally reasonable! I don't know how they do it!

I placed an order on May 19, 2025. The next day I realized that I had given the wrong delivery address and send an email to that effect. A couple of hours later I got a phone call from a very helpful gentleman. We got the problem solved. I received my order approximately one week later. I was impressed with the help I got, my order and the delivery date. Thank you again. I will order again.

They filed a claim and asked that I tell them the missing items. They then shipped another box with all my missing items. They've always been fair, and reasonable with pricing. Die hier angezeigte Antwort ist ein gutes Beispiel für die Inkompetenz und Arroganz dieses Unternehmens. Offensichtlich unfähig Versandpapiere korrekt auszufüllen, wälzen sie die Verantwortung auf den Kunden ab.

Inzwischen habe ich vergleichbare Produkte bei einem niederländischen Unternehmen bestellt und die Waren ohne Probleme erhalten.
