With just two days left on a five month notice period, and two weeks to go until the eviction rules changed our tenants told us they were not moving out. Her responses, despite being snowed under with work from other despairing landlords, were quick and helpful, I really feel she went the extra mile for us. The icing on the top - not only was she more available than solicitors usually are, her fees were also noticeably lower!
