As a mortgage broker with almost 25 years mortgage broking experience, I want to give a special shout out to my underwriter Alison, who despite coming back from a few days holiday, took the time out on the day of her return to call me about my urgent and complicated case, understand the full dynamics for the clients situation, which was a joint borrower, sole proprietor case, and took a common sense approach, so rare amongst lenders these days! Complete scam. Don’t waste your money! Reached out to the Company for a refund which was ignored - despite them advising 30day money back guarantee. Ships from China. Packaging is rubbish, took over 2 weeks to arrive so it was too late anyway for what I ordered for.
