Went to Gemdaia for a new engagement ring. They sourced the perfect diamond, and designed the perfect setting for it. Was so happy with the service, was prompt and I was kept updated all the way through the process. The only jeweller I would use going forward. Thank you guys!

I got a sapphire pendant and chain from GemDaia for my wife, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The pendant looks stunning—the sapphire has a deep, rich color, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. My wife absolutely loves it, and it’s even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I live in the USA but ordered some rainbow sapphire earrings from this shop online, after seeing one of my favorite jewelry influencers show off her pair. My order was placed 6.16.2024 and I received the earrings 6.20.2024, which is crazy fast given how far they had to travel. The earrings are SO beautiful and each sapphire is crispy, vibrant, and I'm truly obsessed. This shop has excellent customer service and they are very professional over email. I highly recommend the skinny rainbow earrings :)

Great communication between the seller and I. The seller was actually the one to reach out to provide and update on my earrings. I received auto updates as one would expect. The packaging was impeccable and the earrings themselves were gorgeous. Just the right pop of color. If you’re on the fence about these and you’re able to I would give them a go. Shazan is awesome and I do love the business she has and the thought put behind it.

The service given by Shazan was the main reason we purchased from Gemdaia. He was very patient to explain to us the different types of gemstones, helped understand these are heirloom investments and showed us 3D designs of the final product before going ahead. It was not rushed at all. Gemdaia is our go-to for all our jewelery needs.
