The team went above and beyond helping me understand the complexity behind choosing the right stone, showed me many options to choose from, and ultimately guided me to a unique and amazing stone sourced from Myanmar. While we were finalizing the ring, Gemdaia provided many useful tips on ensuring the diamonds and ruby stone are well balanced. My wife absolutely loves the ring. Great overall craftsmanship. This is the third purchase from Gemdia as We wanted to source and make a custom emerald earring . From the moment we initiated a conversation with Shazan, we knew we were in great hands. Gemdaia did an amazing job with designing and creating my engagement ring. The ring I chose was very different to the standard diamond engagement rings, where the center stone was a Padparadscha sapphire with smaller diamonds on each side of the band. What amazes us is the color of the stone in different light. I received so many compliments from friends and family as the design is unique and shows the beauty in a nonstandard engagement ring. I am not a gemstone expert at all, but I love to learn as much as possible before making a purchase decision, especially for something as important as an engagement ring.
The Gemdaia team and in particular Shazan were very helpful and patient throughout the whole process, and after a a few weeks of working with them I came out with a lot more knowledge and confidence in my choice (and of course a beautiful, one of a kind sapphire ring).
The design is beautiful and tasteful, the gemstones are first tier quality and the entire process is great, I did not expect to receive such personalised and warm service.

A detailed explanation was given regarding how to buy a ring and what to look for. Through out the process there were regular updates regarding how the ring was coming along. I received the end product on the date that I was told I would receive it which shows how professional and good their service was. I love the ring and it looks amazing - such amazing quality. Once we chose the gem, he presented 3D designs of the ring to choose from and within two weeks he had the ring delivered. The ring was presented in a nice box and came with authenticity certification.
