Geek Wish Recenzje 

Placed an order for low voltage LED string lights and after 4 weeks it eventually arrived but without a LV transformer. There was just a short length of cable to plug into the IR receiver and two stripped cable ends. This was not as shown in the description. Have been trying eversince to get them to send the correct item but they (via Wish.com) keep asking for the same information over and over. I have sent photos but still they do not agree to put this right. I do not recommend anybody using this or Wish as a company to buy from.
Extremely dodgy outfit.

Sono diversi mesi che ordino piccoli oggetti su Wish e sono molto soddisfatta. Nessun disguido, tutti i pacchetti sono arrivati nei tempi previsti (da 1 a 2 mesi) e tutti gli oggetti sono stati conformi alle descrizioni.
Sarò stata fortunata?

Viel Ramsch und schlechte Qualität Sobald man mehr Reklamationen hat als der Durchschnitt wird man vom Support nicht mehr bearbeitet, doch wenn man zu 90% Schrott bekommt, was soll man machen gilt für Wish genau so auch für Geek, dort wird zu 90% wirklich nur Ramsch verkauft und auf die Bewertung kann man nichts geben denn negative Bewertungen werden nicht angezeigt.
Wahrscheinlich wird dort all das angeboten was das Lager hütet zwar zu günstigen Preisen aber wenn man mehr wegwerfen muss als man brauchen kann wird das auch teuer!
Und wenn der Support keine Reklamation mehr entgegen nimmt dann ist das kein gutes Merkmal.

Horrible junk computer broke completelt within the first few weeks. Piece of junk never worked properly. I tried to return product but they would not accept it.

Cheap shoddy goods. Be careful if the stuff doesn't arrive as they ask you to wait a bit longer and then tell you it's too late to claim.

Die Bestellung verlief zunächst normal und ich bestellte bei Geek in der Vergangenheit oft.
Es ging diesmal um eine Versiegelung für mein Auto, welche im Internet gut beurteilt wurde. Leider erhielt ich ein fehlerhaftes Produkt und das Problem kam nach der Anwendung. Der Klarlack löste sich auf, da die bestellte Ware sehr wahrscheinlich eine Kopie des Originals war.
Seit dieser Erkenntnis wurden Gutachten erstellt und Fotos zur Dokumentation gemacht. Der Kundendienst tut sich schwer, auch nur eine zusammenhängende E-Mail zu beantworten. Ich versuchte es in den letzten 4 Wochen mehrfach (etwa 20 mal) Hilfe zu bekommen. Die Aufbereitung kostete mich 500€ und Geek forderte alle Unterlagen von mir( nach etwa 30 Nachrichten) „um es an eine höhere Stelle weiterzuleiten. Dann wieder keine Reaktion. Es kommen dann antworten wie „vielen Dank, du bist ein guter Kunde“ oder „ tut uns leid, wir erstatten dir den Kaufpreis.“ damit ist es allerdings nicht getan wenn man offensichtlich Plagiate vertreibt. Also Vorsicht bei Waren, die vielleicht Schäden nach sich ziehen könnten, hier ist man auf sich gestellt. Schade, es wäre einfach gewesen wenn man eine Antwort mit Reaktion bekommen hätte und Geek sich als Plattform auch wirklich hinter seine Kunden stellt und Probleme nicht einfach aussitzt...

RIP off site. The two items I purchased where not as described on the advert. And both poor quality. Obviously just selling rubbish no one else wants. I contacted customer services who quickly fobbed me off basically I’ve just been robbed and customer services laughing at me. I’d give a wide berth

No customer support contact. Thery have an auyomated script system on their Facebook Messenger which just asks you if you want to review their help files or not. If you reply NO then the scripter just takes you back in the same loop. Over and over again. You can leave feedback AND I DID!
Personally I would avoid them. Geek are nearly as bad. They respond with scripted answers. I was overcharged on a small item by over 100% and they just say the sellers have a right to vary their prices. If you advertise a lemon for $1 then it is $1. Their attitude is that it can be anything and doesn't have to be $1 even if that's what they advertised it for. I have forwarded details of many FALSE and MISSLEADING adds that they have on their site but they just let it continue. Scripted response goes something like this "sorry we will look in to it". There are many adds for an item and when you go to the next stage there are unrelated items and the one advertised is either not there or is at an inflated price some tens, some hundreds of dollars above what the original add was showing. Very easy to get caught and once caught, they don't want to know you. Some of the sellers are genuine and very helpful but one bad one ruins the experience for many good ones. If you are sellers reading this I urge you to vote with your feet or take up a class action against them.

Have bought a number of flash drives from Wish/Geek. They performed well until I loaded photos. Then it fell apart. Lost all the photos! Then I noticed them selling a variety of "ultra thin" laptops for £1.80. each. Whilst guessing what the outcome of this exercise would be, I ordered 4 of these. Two came from one supplier and 2 from another supplier. I paid a grand total of £8.60 including postage. I guess I just wanted to prove to myself that this outfit were scammers! Guess what? They are!! They lie, they lie and continue to lie. They have offered to refund. I have told them, no refund, just send the items. These type of people need to e removed from the Internet, never to return. In Saudi, they cut your hand off for stealing. Avoid these people at ALL cost. In my case £8.60👎

Ein absolut faires Unternehmen. Ich habe inzwischen schon sehr oft bestellt. Meist kommen die Sachen sogar viel früher als angekündigt. Kommt die Ware bis zum angesagten Zeitpunkt einmal nicht, genügt eine kurze Nachfrage über die Homepage. Man sagt zwar, dass die Antwort in 2 - 3 Tagen erfolgt, länger als bis zum nächsten Tag musste ich nie auf eine Antwort warten und man hatte jedes mal eine zufriedenstellende Antwort erhalten! Rückzahlungen können allerdings bis zu 14 Tagen dauern.
Die auf der Webseite durchgestrichenen Ursprungspreise sind zwar meist absolut unrealistisch, dafür sind die aktuellen Preise fast immer unschlagbar! Die Angebote muss man - in englisch - recht genau lesen! So wird im Text beispielsweise ausführlich ein Handy beschrieben und man denkt schon - auch auf Grund der Abbildungen - man bekommt ein Handy für diesen Preis ( Smartphones gibt es hier tatsächlich schon ab 35 €! ). Am Ende steht dann jedoch, dass es sich "nur" um ein Verbindungskabel handelt. Auch bei den Versandkosten sind vereinzelt Ausreißer für einen schnelleren Versand dabei. Dies kann jedoch auf "Normalversand" geändert werden.Dauert dann zwar länger, ist aber auch deutlich billiger. Uhren ( z.T. kostenlos, nur 2 € Versand ) kostenlos und bis ca. 10 €, sind nur für Kinder zu empfehlen. Ab ca. 35 € sind auch richtig gute Uhren zu erhalten. Am besten einfach mal testen.

Getting a refund for an item that didn't arrive was like trying to get blood out of a stone (16 emails later!). This would have been so much more stressful if it had been for an expensive item, I'm just glad it happened with a small one. Lesson learned. Don't use this site folks. Even though shipping takes a while as mostly from Asia, I am really happy with the service. If you do not receive the items by the estimated delivery time then they refund you no questions asked.

I always check other people’s product reviews before buying items to make sure I am getting what I’m ordering but I have never had a problem that they have not resolved quickly and painlessly.

I have ordered many times from them and will continue to do so. If you don’t receive anything, let them know and they will normally sort it out for you within a day or two.

Når en forretning har så uendelige mange tilbud så som et ur til 7600 og nu sat ned til 173 kr er der noget galt.
Der er så mange urealistiske tilbud at det skriger til himmelen at man må være naiv for at handle her...

Le site est sérieux en général mais je viens de m apercevoir qu' il me manque quelques articles commandés sur Wish il y a plus deux mois.

Ich habe schon oft bestellt und war bisher immer zufrieden nur jetzt habe ich Schuhe um4 Nummern zu klein erhalten und andere Sportschuhe musste ich 50 Km entfernt vom Zoll abholen.
ansonsten sind die neuen Uhren nur noch schrottwert, weil die Chinesen
zu wenig Qualität bieten.
Ich will alles zurück senden, weiß aber keinen Weg.
Mein Geld, was ich sofort bezahlt habe, erhalte ich wohl auch nicht wieder. nie wieder bestelle ich bei Wish oder Klarna.!

geek and wish are the worst. I made at least 10 orders, only 1 came and was a fake (a fake memory of 128 gigs which turned out to be 8 gigs). Support = Zero. I do not understand how they keep selling. I hope they do not last long.

I bought by aliexpress, they are not perfect, but the sellers in their majority are pending to the comments and needs of lso clients. If something is delayed they try to solve it, even if the carriers are not under their control.
