Magnificent
Absolutely amazing as per. Had a yugioh magnificent monsters pre-order with them, there was a few issues with supply which they were very open and honest about and tried their best to find solutions. Not just excellent product but the customer relations is top notch too.

*10/10* Friendly, Transparent & Community Driven.
*10/10* Been buying from Gecko Card's for years now. One of the most transparent and friendly vendors out there on the market. Any Issues they will be quick to respond. They even let me delay my delivery on this Pokemon order by a week as I wasn't going to be around.
Clearly cares about the community and it really shows in everything they do.

Great service and fairness
Gecko has always been a reliable source for TCG, really enjoy the range they offer and love the fairness of the allocation methods they use for the raffle, even if I dont win at least its fair, very quick shipping too

Free loan then cancelled order as they've made a assumption
Ordered a case of Yu-Gi-Oh Magnificent, paid upfront.
They had allocation issues, gave updates which was fine.
Then said they can only fulfill half the order, asked could I still get the full case I paid upfront for.
They cancelled my order, for chasing up and told me to refer to their t&C's.
Think because I've purchased as a business, whatever the reason, having free loans and then canceling isn't on. Regardless of Thier assumption.

This is the 2nd review we've received from this account that is simply false. We urge our customers to see our other reviews for a true representation of us.
Claiming we use customer payments for a "free loan", we "cancelled my order, for chasing up" and stating this order was cancelled "because I've purchased as a business" are all factually untrue.
We expressed our right to refuse this order due to the previous false review left. Our T&Cs state this right, which is why they were referenced. By no means was the cancellation due to any other circumstances - we make no assumptions about our customers and pride ourselves on the service we offer to all, which can be seen from our other reviews.
No complaints
