AVOID!!! Awful company. Scammer won’t even answer the phone or send a replacement order. Emotional and sad when contacted because doesn’t want to ruin his good reviews couldn’t be more obvious. £3 order too very sad man nicholas

Despite clear-cut proof Royal Mail has this customers package (edit: it has since been delivered), they proceeded to contact us 30+ times across multiple platforms in the space of hours, sending threats and aggressive messages.
We chose not to answer any calls due to this.
For clarity, this customer has left us 3 negative reviews across multiple platforms and accounts, has continuously harassed us and accused us of scamming - behaviour that is entirely unreasonable.
We pride ourselves on our customer service, but simply won't be accommodating customers who treat us this way.
I urge anyone to focus on our other reviews for a true reflection of us.
Nick
Amazing!
Great prices, speedy dispatch, and were open and transparent with customers when it came to the Magnificent Monsters product problems.
Couldn't fault, would give them a sixth star if I could.
