I came for one very specific Item.
The shop is nicely organized, payment and shipment was easy and fast. And after DHL lost the package, the shop answered my email within 5 Minutes and they imidietly send out a new package.

Finger weg von diesem Shop! Mein Paket kam wegen DHL-Lieferproblemen nie bei mir an und ging direkt zurück an Geartown. Anfangs gab sich der Kundenservice zwar noch freundlich und hat versprochen, das Problem zu lösen und eine zweite Lieferung in die Wege zu leiten nachdem sie kontakt mit DHL aufgenommen haben um weitere Lieferprobleme zu vermeiden. Passiert ist allerdings über 2,5 Wochen lang absolut gar nichts.
Da mir das Ganze zu bunt wurde, habe ich mein Geld inklusive der Versandkosten zurückgefordert. Das ist jetzt eine Woche her – und seitdem werde ich komplett ignoriert. Keine Antwort auf meine Nachrichten, kein Geld auf dem Konto und die Ware haben sie auch wieder.
Das ist mit Abstand das schlechteste Unternehmen, bei dem ich je bestellt habe. Kundenservice wird hier anscheinend nur so lange großgeschrieben, wie man kein Problem lösen muss. Absolut unterirdisch, ich kann nur jeden vor diesem Shop warnen!

Op de website staat dat de klantenservice 24/7 bereikbaar is. Ik belde 's avonds om 22:51 en jawel, er werd opgenomen. Er werd fijn meegedacht en nog wat meer details gevraagd, waardoor ze een goed advies konden geven. Zodra ik klaar was met bellen heb ik het product gelijk besteld. Gisteren kon ik het uitproberen en het beviel erg goed

Gear Town ist für mich einer der besten Shops in Europa was den Bereich taktische Ausrüstung angeht. Meist alles auf Lager und wenn was nachbestellt werden muss geht es auch sehr schnell. Der Kundenservice und Versand ist ebenfalls absolute Spitze.
Ich kann hier wirklich nur eine absolute Empfehlung aussprechen.

De communicatie over de bestelling en levering was helder.

De bezorger, PostNL, helaas minder. Bestelling liep vertraging op, kan gebeuren, maar de communicatie daarover was bagger.

Het product, Iceflask, lijkt mij prima en ik kijk ernaar uit het te gaan gebruiken.
