Langer dan 1 maand moeten wachten op snaren is te lang, ik heb ondertussen bij bax music besteld, dat ging wel snel

Nu moet ik beginnen te bellen om mijn geld terug te krijgen.

De cajon is een zeer goed instrument prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding.

Efficacité

De prijs - kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Gemakkelijk in gebruik en aansluiting . Men kan er zeer leuke analoge klanken mee maken .

O.K. een beetje goedkope materialen. En dat goud, vergeet dat maar. Goudkleurig ja !

rapide très pro et efficace

Premier achat concluant sur Gear4music. Très grand emballage aux motifs de gear4music contenant mes achats parfaitement emballés et protégés d'éventuels coups sur le carton. Livraison rapide d'Allemagne et bonne prise en charge. Produits conformes, totalement fonctionnels et non ouverts. Un peu de poussières sans aucune conséquence sur le fonctionnement. Pas de taxes ajoutées.

Le meilleur magasin de musique que je connaisse à tout point de vue, livraison fiabilité produits j’ai déjà commandé un piano droit il y a des années et ici j’ai commandé un synthé. Je conseille fortement sans aucun aucun problème même ils sont là pour te donner des conseils.

Als software uiteindelijk beschikbaar is, dan nog onbruikbaar door een noodzakelijk bijkomende activatiesleutel die men niet standaard meegeeft maar dan zelf nog uit te zoeken waar en hoe bij leverancier te bekomen. Dit zou op voorhand moeten gecommuniceerd moeten worden met de klant en frustratie nadien voorkomen.

I can’t write a product review, their store does not enable it, so I am writing it here. I bought a Shallow Rack Bag 2U, this is an in-house product by gear4music themselves. Someone really thought about it, unlike other products at other shops. The bag has a detachable (!) shoulder strap. It has 8 rack screws at one side and 4 screws on the other side so you can go wild with whatever devices you have. These screws are of good quality, not some junk screws that don’t even fit the casing. The velcro straps are arranged nicely so while using your synths you can attach the side straps on the rear side while the long strap remains open, so the cables can pop out a little while the cover provides some hold.
Furthermore I like the possibility to pay with Apple Pay, and shipping to a drop-off point which worked well.

Na meerdere reviews op het internet te hebben bekeken kwam ik niet alleen uit bij Alto Busker maar ook bij Gear4Music.
Zij waren zeer duidelijk met de verschillende mogelijkheden van transport en vooral timing. Ik kon kiezen wanneer het geleverd kon worden, rechtstreeks of via afhaalpunt vlak bij mij in de buurt en de aanwezige stock.
Andere aanbieden laten weten dat het in stock is tot op het moment dat je wil bestellen dan veranderd de levertijd.
De producten waren goed verpakt en kwamen op het geselecteerde moment bij het afhaalpunt aan.
Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en aan te raden.

Bought a guitar with extended warranty on 2020. The moment I opened it I realized it is in a color combination that shouldn't exist (the pickguard was white from factory instead of brown). Contacted them and they confirmed the guitar should be OK, but I can return if I want to. Decided to keep it since it's just a color. (Ticket number was 1114579).

I should have returned it though as this shows terrible quality control of the brand.

10 months later contacted customer service with a couple of quality issues I have with the guitar and asked for advice, since I started thinking the QC on the guitar was pretty bad. I got nothing more than an automated response. No follow up. (Ticket number was 1666283).

I reached out to them recently again since this turned to be a terrible guitar with quality issues. I asked them if 4-5 issues I listed would be covered as part of the warranty, including fret sprout, even though the guitar was properly stored. I got the following response:

"please accept our apologies, but we are unable to find the ticket for 4 years ago that you are referencing."

So they are unable to search on their own ticketing system. I sent them the previous e-mails I received from them as an attachment, which they also ignored, despite me explaining half of these the day and less than a year after I received the guitar.

After a back and forth, explaining my issue again and again, they completely ignored all my questions and kept repeating everything being caused by me storing the guitar in a very humid environment (I don't even know if this is possible in Belgium in a new building but OK).

I have 3 other guitars, all older than this one and they never had an issue under the same conditions.

I will completely avoid this company from now on. Do not fall into their "extended warranty" scam either since they will find a way to not uphold it.
