I ordered strings. You sent strings. I used the strings.

I ordered the tom holder to fit an older model of the Premier Artist drum set. Unfortunately, you have changed the diametre of the hardware. Now the unit is too small to fit into my bass drum.

Nice and tidy puts all the bits an pieces in some sort of segmented order as opposed to a twisted pile of cable on the floor or FL ght case

This item has not been delivered to me.I have not recieved anything to review and am awaiting a response from GFM .
I have recieved a mail from GFM now ststing that thier system shows item delivered ( i have not recieved) with no other details of any further action on thier behalf
"Dear XXX Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear about the delay to your delivery. According to our system, this seems to have already been delivered" Ridiculas response !

Ordered a bass today as an emergency replacement for a gig I have tomorrow night, paid for the next day delivery (which is the only reason i chose G4M), get the confirmation email(expected tomorrow), now it's 7pm and I get an automated email saying it's going to be delayed a day as it didn't get dispatched on time, so what are G4M charging next day deliver for? I bought it at lunchtime and it took 6 hours for zero movement after I paid extra shipping, now I have to pull out of the gig, thanks G4M, edit:(I ordered an amp off thomann at the same time and just got an email confirming delivery tomorrow)

like this effects pedal. Plenty of features. Connected to android over bluetooth wihout any issues. Companion App works as well. Currently unable to use the Windows software as it requests a firmware update that needs to be located as a local file, unless I have missed something.

Great website. Easy to navigate very informative about the product great payment options. Plenty of customer service if requested. My only issue and its not with GFM is, the delivery company that delivered my purchase just left my guitar over my side gate , never informed me if delivery or where the item was. Maybe GFM need to get a delivery service that's more considerate of their customers as the items purchased aren't exactly cheap and replaceable if damaged or stolen. Otherwise the service from GFM is top quality

There was no adapter cable , the stand has no antislip to protect the key board from moving or falling off
