I've had mixed experiences with Gas Care, I've used them several times and sometimes they are good but every time we use them they send a different person and a couple of our recent jobs haven't been particularly great. For example - they quoted for a job on the basis that the heating system needed draining and 2 people would be required, on the day 2 guys showed up (in the morning, rather than afternoon as I was told when booking it). The guys didn't drain the system, instead they 'rebalanced' it which apparently just means adjusting the radiator valves which I could probably have done myself and certainly didn't need 2 people. We were then billed for the full amount - to make things worse the problem which they were trying to solve (radiator not heating up) didn't really get fixed. I complained and eventually got the bill reduced but all in all not a great experience.

Service good after leaving us without gas, two senior citizens one disabled, on a Friday afternoon following a service visit discovering a leak and capping off the main supply. Slightly redeemed by a visit to fix the supply to the \Boiler.
It must be said that this was the first time we had been left in this situation by Gas Care, my previous review would have been 5 Star and excellent and its for this reason only I gave average.

Very professional from booking the appointment till the work was finished. I will recommend the company and will definitely book again.

I was very happy with the job, Engineer and his Apprentice did a very good job. The only thing I had to ring the office for them to come and look at brand new radiator fitted in the hall way which is not bringing any head. Apart from that all other x5 Radiators which were replaced are working perfectly.

Having been a house owner for almost fifty years and having gas heating for most of that time I would say their service is second to none. They serviced our boiler and gas fire for the first time last year and I was amazed how thorough they were compared to other companies so it was an easy decision to book them again for this year's service.
