Garner’s customer service is great

Garner’s customer service is great! They respond quickly and answered any questions that I’ve had. They are polite and are dedicated to getting any issues resolved. The reimbursement process is easy and quick.

Garner is useful if your provider is…

Garner is useful if your provider is part of it and you make a medical out of packet expense. It is very useful if you have the direct deposit set up as well with them. The reimbursement comed to your account very fast once the claim is approved.

Not a fan

I find that a lot of my physicians that we have history with and our critical to our care aren’t “approved” providers. Extremely frustrating.

Well, what's the point of this crap if I have to spend thousands befer you start to give a little back? The damage is already done, am I supposed to appreciate it?

Very easy to utilize

Very easy to utilize. Also I was guided through the entire process of my claim and my refund was done in just a few days. Very thankful for my savings. Everyone that helped me was amazing they all had amazing customers service
