Extremely helpful company and reasonable price.
There were delivery problems, solely due to a third party company, and Emma could not have done more to sort it out as promptly as possible.

we purchased the cocoon fire from Gardens of Style, we have been very impressed with the whole process from the initial contact to post delivery they have kept me informed of the whole process. the fire we bought looks great in our modern house and the bonus is we can also take it out onto the patio too. I recently bought a biofuel fireplace and it’s absolutely stunning. I am absolutely amazed by how beautiful it is and how quickly it warms up the whole living room, and it’s just a pleasure to look at! Emma from customer services was brilliant, available 24/7 on WhatsApp and was incredibly helpful and kind. Totally recommend!
