A week until shipped, NOW have to wait for AusPost.

Really hate it when companies ask for feedback when the product hasn't arrived yet. Ordered 24th April. Now 1st May... ONLY JUST listed as shipped. Probably another week before I get it.
Can't comment on the product. Don't have it yet!

Hi Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. Please note with some carriers, the tracking information with the webstore may not be updated immediately when goods were despatched. In this case, goods were despatched on the 26th with a present ETA of 29th April to 3rd of May, even though the tracking information was updated some time after actual despatch. So far so good

Good reliable company, website is usable and interesting, looks like tried and tested products for sale.
Package arrived a bit knocked around but all was well when opened, system looks a good quality product, so looking forward to playing with it,

Only giving 4 starts The light came…

Only giving 4 starts The light came dented and I believe it was the courier fault the day it arrived I was in my local garden shop and it was $50 cheaper than I paid here that was my own fault but all in all it was what I wanted my fault for not shopping around

Pleasent and easy to deal with

Pleasent and easy to deal with. I always seem to have plenty and fortunately the staff have always had the answers and suggestions to resolve my problems. They have always been generous with their time and I have always felt comfortable talking to them. Not once have I felt that they were not happy to talk to me. Thank you very much guys.
