Garden Imports UK Ltd. Recenzje

The Swardman hollow tine aerator is a sold piece of kit and the only gripe I have relates to the handle. Cap ends kept coming off and could do with rubber grips. Easy and cheaply solved by buying some online which has solved the issue

All good except that shipping costs are expensive to N.I.

Great service

Great equipment everything as I needed and prompt delivery

Excellent service, communication top notch and great to deal with.

Good product, delivered promptly.

Ordered the Sumisoaker with the reel via the web page.
A really easy page to navigate through l, which always makes the buying experience worthwhile.
The soaker arrived well packaged and within a couple of days.
The reel is sturdy and well made, after a couple of minutes putting it together it was already to go.
A great piece of kit and works really well. The only thing you need to be aware of is the water is really fine so you get soaked when trying to move it :)

Livraison dans les délais. Le Sumi Soaker fonctionne bien pour le moment 👌

The quotation was clear and the rental was arranged very easily. The collection and drop off was also easy and the representative was cordial.

I bought this item on the of chance it would work out for me, it did.
It worked as good as the damaged part i was replacing.
Perfect.Amazing Product.

Excellent service, products and prices. Will hopefully be ordering for years to come and will be recommending to all my customers.

Garden Imports helped me solve a problem that was nothing to do with them, they went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your help and I love the brilliant Root Slayer shovel which has already removed some very large & stubborn bamboo.

Avoid this company at all costs. Hose developed a leak after the 2nd use, company outright refused to refund saying it it's developed a leak i must have damaged it!

All I did was follow their instructions.

It's not fit for purpose and the company garden imports don't seem to think the consumer rights apply to them.

I'm not the only person to have this problem from the company.

Having to go through the credit card company to request a refund through a charge back.

Edit - this company have tried to have this negative review removed from trust pilot by flagging it. Everything contained in this review is completely factual.

The evidence was submitted to the credit card company who agreed with me and refunded the money via a charge back..

Just bought a sumisoaker. I can't speak to the longevity of the product because I've only just used.

However, the buying experience was solid. Email confirmation of shipping via DHL within a couple of hours, and the hose was delivered a day or 2 later. Everything was advertised and seems to be working well.
