Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered two vases, had to chase after a couple of weeks of no delivery. I cancelled the order, received no response and then received one of the vases but the other was missing. Quality of the vase I did receive was poor; splash marks on it and a different colour from the image. AVOID!

Never received goods at the cost of £122.45 wall clock. Having to do all the chasing to recover my money back. Absolutely useless avoid like the plaque

Unfortunately my order arrived broken, not the company's fault.
Communication was good and l was reimbursed very quickly.

Ordered a Christmas light up lamppost via Debenhams website on 30th Nov. Paid extra for fast delivery by 5th Dec. Item has never arrived and I've sent multiple emails as thats the only way to contact Debenhams customer service as far as I can see. Got what I can only describe as an AI response on 6th Dec and then an "escalated" forwarding email on 15th Dec.
I am not letting this go, especially not now after reading the reviews and learning this is a complete scam from a 3rd party. Wish I had researched more into the item and checked here first but as it was Debenhams I thought it was all above board and legit. Disgusting.

Avoid at all costs ,
Tool my money and then I’ve had no communication from them apart from an email acknowledging my order.
No phone number, only online web form and email .
No reply from them after trying multiple times .
I’ve reported it to my credit card company to try and get the money back .

What an absolute con. This company sell through B&Q and others and hide behind that. They send out their cheap Chinese tat late and defective. When you try to return they have a cheek to try and charge you to send back a defective product.

That’s a classic ploy to put you off. They are legally obliged to arrange for return at THEIR expense.

I rarely go to the lengths of a county court claim but out of utter principle I will on this one.

Absolute joke of a company!
I ordered some metal Christmas parcels through B&Q from this seller! Sent loads of emails as they never sent my items out! Emailed them directly 5 emails no response back, they have no phone number. And today all of a sudden after placing the order on the 6th Dec my items were cancelled! No reason given! No customer service they just ignore you!
I would never trust this company ever again, very unprofessional and an absolute joke of a company!

SCAM! Online Ordered on 24th November, still hasnt been delivered with no updates. No way of calling and they have ignored two of my emails. I think these guys are taking peoples money without any intention to deliver

Ordered a white Christmas gonk, it came in a filthy damaged ripped box and was just thrown in no protection on the item what so ever, so was grubby looking when should of been white, I have sent 3 emails and still no reply

I purchased an item on the store (Luxurious Patterned Tall Standing Reindeer £86.99) as a gift for my mother and was later notified that this item was not in stock and offered and alternative and a £15 discount. The alternative offered was two photos and no further information until I requested the RRP (£72.99) and dimensions. I accepted the product replacement but when it arrived it was in a badly packaged box, the deer was falling apart and badly glued together, considering this was meant to be a higher priced "luxurious" christmas decoration, I felt completely duped for the price. I didn't receive the partial discount/refund either.

I had to inform my mother that the item was not suitable for a gift and that I would be returning it. She then decided to look for a reindeer decoration and made a purchased of one of Garden Greatness' through the Debenhams website. My mum this order luxurious reindeer for £140, hoping and assuming that surely it would be of better quality than what I had received. What a surprise when the item came in a badly damaged box, and the reindeer was the exact same as the one I had been palmed off with! This didn't even match the image or description of the one listed for £140.

To add insult to injury, the exact reindeers we received are listed by another seller on Debenhams for £37.99!

As a result, I would not trust this company. We managed to get refunds and they were prompt at responding to my emails (although I had to chase for an update on my refund at one point) but it was such a drain of time and resources, to receive incorrect items of terrible quality and crazy prices, I would avoid ever going back to this site.

It is of my opinion that the site works with dynamic pricing, as they sell elsewhere but the prices are significantly cheaper on their website, which then they conveniently run out of stock of the item once you have handed over your money or they send an incorrect and unsuitable cheaper item. I sincerely hope we were both just unlucky however I don't have a lot of hope that others haven't also been duped.
