i have ordered off of Gant and not received my parcel , they have taken my money but haven’t given me any information on where it is. I never got a confirmation email , so i have no clue what my tracking number is. It is supposed to be next day delivery with dpd and it has been 3 working days. so i am 60 pounds down , with not a clue where or what’s happening with my item

Be very careful, deceitful company
I have been waiting 20 days for a returns label and advise on how to return a garment. I have sent over 20 emails to try to get help. Phoned 4 times phones not answered, sent the parcel back cost me £12.15, to the address on the bottom of their generic email replies. Sent the tracking and Ian’s signature receiving the parcel they deny they have. ‘Cesar’ emailed just now to say I breached their policy by returning it myself, (still waiting for returns label,) so item not insured, so they have my money, the item and told me to contact Citizens Advice.

Having been given a Gant gift card for Christmas I proceeded to buy some jeans in the online sale which were showing as in stock yet after a couple of days my order was cancelled by Gant and funds refunded to my gift card and PayPal account of the additional balance. A few days later the same item was back in stock online so I ordered again, my order was again cancelled by Gant, my PayPal balance was refunded but not the gift card amount. I emailed twice and received no reply so called and was told they didn't know why and would email later that day to let me know what was happening after speaking to a supervisor, no email received and still no gift card balance. This company has no customer service and I will not be using them again.

GANT customer disservice
Ordered before Xmas, returned before Xmas with a tracked return delivery. 2 weeks later, still no refund. I emailed 4 times , no response. The contact numbers for the CS ring but no one ever answers.
Avoid buying anything online. What a terrible, disgraceful service.
PS: the online contact form has also stopped working..🤦♀️

Poor Customer Service
I placed an order in late December and Gant shipped my parcel via Evri. Evri have lost the parcel however Gant do not seem to care. If you call Gant's customer services number it rings for a short while and then cuts you off (this has been happening for multiple days. I also emailed Gant a few days ago and never received a reply.
What terrible service. Gant used to be great but seem to have lost their way and no longer value their customers.
I will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

Poor and slow customer service
After placing my order in November I thought that it would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. What followed was some of the most incompetent and slow customer service I have ever received from a large brand. Fast forward almost 3 weeks later my parcel had not been delivered by Evri and so I contacted Gant for an update. A week later I receive the response that the parcel was failed to be delivered on 3 separate days and so Evri had "returned" it to Gant. I work from home everyday and no such attempts were ever made. After emailing back the best Gant could offer was a free priority shipping code if I re-ordered so I would have to pay twice for an item I never originally received! When trying to use the code in the basket however it removed all other discounts which meant to get the "free" priority shipping I would need to spend £25+ more than my original order. In the end I paid £5 extra to have it delivered by DPD - which luckily arrived the next day (a couple of days before Christmas). I then replied to Gant about the shipping code and to their credit they refunded my additional costs, however, I hadn't yet received a refund from my original order. After a backwards and forwards of emails they responded that as I had no proof of return and no parcel had been received that I would not be entitled to a refund. Outraged was not even the half of it, it wasn't until I pointed out that Evri had instigated the return (they probably just lost, damaged or stole the parcel and try to cover it up at this point) that Gant agreed to process the refund I should have received a month ago. I was extremely disappointed by the entire service; slow replies to emails and having to re-order the item meant that this was an incredibly painful process and I will not be ordering from Gant again. I'd rather buy their products from other high street retailers which offer much better customer service and I recommend that others do the same. Terrible from a relatively big brand.

Ordered items before Christmas in two separate orders. After waiting for over 10 days, I contacted them by email to update me on the order as I had not received the items. Unfortunately they have so far not replied to my email. I was not expecting this kind of service from a designer company, this is disappointing and disgraceful. I won’t buy from this company again.

Ordered two items from Gant for my husband for Xmas in the summer sale bought the sizes he has always worn and was actually wearing on Xmas day but the items didn’t fit. Shirt too large although he has six Gant shirts in same size that fit! Jeans too small although again he has two pairs in same size that do fit perfectly emailed them to complain about sizing issue they said could try taking back to store but both local store have closed down! Basically not interested in trying help. They have now lost a loyal longstanding customer!!

AVOID!!!!
Ordered an item online and dispatched next day which is amazing. Couple of days later i have called their customer service as I haven’t received my item and apparently my order is damaged during transit. Its been two weeks and every day i am calling their customer service for a refund, and all I am hearing from them is that they are waiting for an update from the courier. Absolutely disgraceful and not helpful at all.

Don’t buy on Line at any cost.
I bought a jacket on italian website that didn’t fit me. The package was whitout the return label (should be inside) so i wrote them and didn’t get an answer in 10 days. So I Made a return at my expence to the address indicated on the website in their term and condition. After 14 days they wrote me i wasn’t allowed to do so.

Very positive experience
Visited the Regent Street Store and saw a Rugger Shirt in sale. Unfortunately the store did not have my size in stock, but located in another store. The store rang up the other store (Bluewater)to check the item was still in stock, and I was able to order over the phone.
Ordered Friday, and delivered Tuesday by UPS.
I have ordered from Gant in past without issue. Thanks to all involved for a faultless transaction

I made an order on Black Friday and a dispatch email arrived a few days later. After 2 emails over the fortnight waiting, I received an email to say that my order has been ‘lost’ by the courier! Apparently they are unable to honour the order despite the fact that all items are in stock. I can order them on the website but at full price. They have not provided a 30% discount code… Is this a scam? They don’t want to give the discount, so the order gets ‘lost’? My complaint has gone in. AVOID!!!!!
Buy elsewhere. Avoid at any cost
Ordered a dressing gown for my partner. Order made on 26.11, today is 7.12 and the item still has not been sent out...appealing service. Will never use again. Stay away from GANT!!!!!

Ich habe im Mai 2023 einen Gant Hoodi im Gant Shop Sylt gekauft.Nach 2 mal waschen war das Bördchen ausgeleiert.Ich habe Gant eine Mail geschrieben und den Fall beschrieben.
Umgehend bekam ich von Gant eine Mail mit der Bitte mich an den Gant Shop auf Sylt zu wenden.
Dieses tat ich auch und bekam vom Gant Shop Sylt eine Mail mit der Bitte den Hoodi an den Shop zurück zu schicken.
Nach einer guten Woche bekam ich den Kaufpreis zurück erstattet.
Ich denke das ist ein guter Service.
Terrible customer service | Do not buy from this brand, they don't refund your returns.
I purchased an item online on 15/10/2023 and I wanted to return it as I didn't like the item and the quality was not worth of money.
I wanted to return the item within the allowed timeline. However, there wasn't a return label included in the post.
I do online shopping most of the time and all the products I purchase from different brands always have the return barcode included. So I think, it is an extra hassle for GANT customers needing to contact customer service to request a return label.
I contacted the customer service and they provided me the return label on 20/10/2023. I went to the Post Office and returned the item on 27/10/2023 with the barcode customer service provided to me.
Royal Mail has given me a receipt of the post which states "GANT" as the receiver building name.
When I track it online, it shows as the item was delivered on 30/10/2023. However, I still haven't received the refund.
I contacted customer service via email and phone call several times to check the status of the return, however, the customer service agents working for GANT seem to be competent enough!
It's been more than a month, and customer service has been telling me that they haven't received the item and they can't issue a refund to me, instead of trying to be helpful and track the status of the return.
As a GANT customer, I have been suffering from customer service negligence and misinformation. GANT has become a brand I will never shop again.
They are selling items for a good amount of money, however, the customer service they are providing in return is not satisfactory at all. And I believe what they make their customers go through is not fair.
Delivered to a wrong address
Ordered goods were delivered to the wrong address. Despite multiple emails and phone calls assuring me that they would refund me, they have refused to do so. I even completed a missing goods affidavit as I was assured that upon receipt they would issue the refund. They did not.

Disgraceful GANT should not be allowed to run an On-Line business.
I placed an order on Friday for two items for a birthday present. A week later they have still not arrived.
Gant 'Customer service' emailed to state that my address was faulty (despite it clearly being fully correctly noted on their purchase confirmation). Having reprovided said address, I was the given a faulty EVRI (Hermes!!!) tracking number.
Exactly the same thing happened last year - so more fool me (and the other customers on this thread) for trying again!
I can only reiterate what another customer has written -
'It is shockingly poor for such a high-end retailer to use such a low-end courier! But then, when I check the other reviews, it is surprising how often delivery is the issue. That is, therefore, incompetence by Gant. "
Time to cancel the order and get legal advice.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM GANT ON-LINE!
