Ordered jerseys for my son’s birthday…
Ordered jerseys for my son’s birthday almost 2 months in advance. They were “delivered” 1 week before his birthday, but we never actually received them. This company uses UniUni to ship (which if you haven’t already, you should check the reviews on that company too) which is a shady shipping company. Gametime and the the shipping company went back and forth trying to pin the blame on each other until they finally pinned the blame on me because I didn’t buy shipping insurance. How ridiculous. I thought paying for shipping was the cost of getting it safely shipped to your house. Anyway, both Gametime and UniUni stopped replying to my emails, and all I wanted was what I paid for. Imagine that novel idea. Getting what you paid for. Buyer beware. If anything goes wrong with your order from Gametime, customer service is a chatbot (it literally tells you that in the email correspondence), and you will eventually be left without what you paid for. This has been a terrible experience and I would never use this company again, and I would never purchase from a company who used the shady shipping company UniUni to ship their products. I would never recommend Gametime jerseys ever.
