Can't go wrong with the product they sell and coolest people to talk to.

This controller has greatly improved my overall gameplay, recommended to my teammates and I know for sure 2 have purchased. Highly recommend getting one.

I was looking everywhere for replacement parts (bumpers) for my Elite Controller, I found them on GamerModz. They were extremely helpful and were of equal quality to the originals. I ordered several because the Elite controller has an issue with these parts breaking, and am very happy with my order, I will buy from them again if I ever need controller parts

i've been buying from GamerModz for a long time now and the service and professional customer service has never let me down.. just recently purchased an Xbox one and PS4 controller and just as always guaranteed satisfaction.. another satisfied customer..

The controller is great. Looks great and feels great. The actual Microsoft Xbox controller box was smashed though, not the box that it was in. So it got smashed and put in a shipping box. Luckily it was ok. The only other complaint was the customer service. They held my order because the billing and shipping address was different, incase of fraud. I get that but they didn't try to contact me very well. They said they called but left no voice mail, therefore I didn't know they had tried to contact me. Once I called it was fast fix but it ended up being late for xmas. Other than the actual product worked great.

gamermodz, treats you differently based on what area you live in. for example, I live in New York City and they made me jump through hoops to buy this controller. they ordered me to email them different forms of ID just to send the controller to me even though I already paid for the controller in full. if you live in different areas they dont require such identification so their actions can be looked at as discriminatory.

think twice about writing a bad review about them because they will decline to offer you assistance if you ever need service or just want some instructions clarified since they dont offer instructions with your new very expensive controller that you just brought for a birthday present.

Now I will post some of their remarks they left me through email and you can make the decision if you feel comfortable giving this company your hard earn cash if you cant write a bad review about them.

Gamermodz: "Not sure if your life really sucks that bad, or if you simply like harassing others. Either way, please find another controller company to harass and STOP purchasing from us."

Gamermodz: "will no longer accept or process orders from you"

Gamermodz: "yes we are taking precautions on orders that come from that area. As a result, we do scrutinize orders more closely from New York."

When I needed help with their controller due to malfunction problems or just me not being used to the settings because it does not come with any instructions Gamermodz replied "you should not expect any service going forward."

I really wanted to like the controller, but when I purchased what was supposed to be the latest version modded controller "6.0" I received 5.0 instead. I called to try to get the controller that I actually ordered and they insisted that I pay a $20 restocking fee for correcting their problem.

This was that "I can't wait for Christmas gift"for my son. Unfortunately, when he went to use it it didn't work. We were fortunate to live close by so he drove there. They fixed it and went above and beyond. He enjoyed meeting them in person. He is so happy with the customized controller and with the company. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a customized controller.

Wonderful company with amazing technology. They are by far the best Modded Controller Company around. I promise you will be happy with your purchase and if by some off the wall chance you're not they will do everything they can to make it right. They are very focused on customer satisfaction. I have purchased from other places but this is the best I have ever been to and I put there customer service over anybody's hell I'll put it over Chick-fil-A lol but they are amazing

I wanted to be able to get my son who is 12 years old something different for Christmas so he was very excited to be able to create his own and add mods.
The web site was easy to use.
The order process was just as easy and it was promised in a timely manner.
When it arrived on time as promised it was all that he expected.
A great gift.

My son ordered a custom controller. He enjoyed all of the options to choose from and we received his controller by the expected date. He even received a modification update for free! Absolutely nothing bad to say about our experience with GamerModz!

Product was great well made and with vibrant colors. I would have given 5 stars if not for the amount of time it took me to receive product. Perhaps due to the holiday season the product was delayed in shipping but I did receive it just in time and I was able to speak to someone that gave me info of processing and shipping information. Will definitely order from them again!
