Found through money supermarket
Found through money supermarket, the excess and level of cover looked great.
Very simple to set it up, managed to view all the terms and conditions and cover documents easily and also managed to set up my account with no issues.
I've never had to make a claim before and hoping I never have to in future but after reading the claims procedure it looks simple enough.

Insurance is only as good as when it is…
Insurance is only as good as when it is required for a claim, as I haven't yet had to claim I would normally give a 'middle of the road' review, however various links on website don't work, including log in as a member, so I am giving a poor review for now. Sorry!

Despite 5star rating, average performance so far
After comparing insurance costs for an i-pad Air I decided to purchase insurance from Gadget cover. Initially the cost seemed reasonable but the £75 excess is annoying though common to other providers. The 5 star rating swayed my decision over a slightly less expensive provider. Paying by PayPal there was no confirmation of purchase from Gadget Cover until after 9 a.m.the next morning, by which time I was concerned whether the cover was in place or not- Paypal having already confirmed that payment had been made.Average rating so far, hopefully this will improve but also hopefully I won't have to make a claim !

Never received any documents after…
Never received any documents after purchase and the website would not let me log on to my account, so emailed customer services and they apologised saying they were experiencing issues but sent copies of my cover. Now almost 2 months later I am trying to log onto my account and still can not log on, it just keeps saying something went. Glad I paid on my credit card I am going to report it as fraud if I can not get logged in shortly.

Terrible service from Gadget cover. Don't get fooled fellas
Few days ago, I lost my phone during my home visit. I informed the same to the claims and I was provided a claim reference number. They have asked few documents. I did give and few days after they have asked few more. The process is never ending. Every time I had to chase but they say that it is being processed. No response to mails, had to make international calls to follow-up. They say that they would look to finish today(every time I make a call) . But, there was no success. At last they responded but have quoted a different claim reference and sent me irrelevant information. It has been 23 days. Still waiting. Strongly recommend not to take this policy. They are too casual and never bothered.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
The service received from Gadget Cover on a accidental damage claim was totally disappointing, the level of customer service received from there team leader fell way below expectation. I would image a company like Gadget cover would try there utmost best to provide there customers which outstanding service.
I can’t truly understand how a £50 excess can turn out to a £500 excess being taken out of my bank account and with endless calls trying to get this matter resolved, they clearly held onto my money for almost 1 week before being told that it would be returned back to me. I would advise anyone in the process of using this company to be wary, I was looking for a way to post the £500 that they took out of my account for all to see.
Absolutely totally disappointed.
