Recently I started as a IB fxdd very bad experience from them no one responded live chat email my clients withdrawal and deposit bonus pending waiting from 4 days. Please resolve issue on priority otherwise don't waste traders time and money.

Do not trade with them they don't give withdrawals even their support doesn't reply i will give proof screenshots in next post and comments.
Even i was doing emails to their support since last 3 days their accounting department is very irresponsible departments even they don't have CEO they are not giving my money

FXDD is a great broker. I’ve been a client of FXDD for more than 11 years now. Customer service people are friendly and cooperative. However there’s still some room for improvement:
Faster deposit and withdrawal processing would be great especially with cryptocurrencies. Allowing crypto trading for 7 days a week would be an important advantage to add. Also sometimes we experience trading prevention on some instruments during violent price movements. Finally, margin for crypto need to be lower (25% is too much) and it would be better if cryptocurrencies margin follow the leverage of the account.
Update:
This month, July 2024, I sent a withdrawal request online then no confirmation received … no request processing … the customer support are not responding to any email and I can’t contact them online. Very bad service.

Per la maggior parte di siti autorevoli nel campo della finanza è considerato tra i broker più affidabili e per la mia esperienza è proprio così.

Withdrawals take too much time with bad manner from FXDD agents.
they made many useless calls instead of processing my withdrawal order with unacceptable attitude from all their agents in live chat or in phone calls.
until this moment more than 31 hours waiting them sending my Tether "USDT" to my crypto wallet it's an operation takes few seconds but in FXDD it's very complicated.
i'm waiting to get all my money from them and will never ever think about trading with them again.
(Edit) They deducted from the amount 40 dollars without any reason even though the cost of transferring usdt is only 3.5 USD.
So bad experience :(

THE ONLY TRUE WAY TO AVOID BEING SCAMMED BY A BROKER IS TO TAKE SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF TIME TO STUDY THE ENTIRETY OF TRADING AND PRACTICING IT LIKE IT'S LIFESTYLE! THAT'S MY SECRET TO SALVATION FROM ALL THESE RIDICULOUS SCAM BROKERS AND FINANCIAL FREEDOM!

PLEASE!!!! Avoid FXDD brokers at all cost. The only return you ever get is from your minimum/initial deposit, which was a minute amount compared to what I invested in the latter. It's a really terrible firm and their support system is nothing to talk about. Enough of the rant already, Yes I lost a lot of money , what was my next line of action? Definitely, I reported to all the regulatory authorities you can think of; the FBI, CySec, SEC, FCA, ASIC, Malta FSA, NFA, CFTC, etcetera they received my reports and told me they'll work on the case but nothing was forthcoming, I also read that they don't really work on cases less than $5million while mine was just a little over a million, ALL HOPE LOST!
Then I started writing reviews on different platforms by July 2018, a little while after I got scammed by this firm but to my amaze, almost all the reviews I wrote about this fraudulent broker was taken down which I'm sure was engineered by officials of FXDD, leaving just a few behind on uncommon websites. Cut the long story short, I lost trust for review forums and firms, stopped writing reviews until lo and behold someone heard my cries and got in contact with me. ALEXANDER WRIGHT {On SkYPE} - a l e x o x p @ p a r a d i g m t e c h . o r g, he's the Head forensics analyst at PARADIGM CyberRecovery ORGANIZATION, a technologically equipped firm with adequate expertise and ethical flexibility towards combating all forms of cyber-threats, crimes and attacks. My funds retrieval process from FXDD was quite complex due to the variety of channels with which I made financial payments to FXDD, nevertheless Alex and his team claimed every dime back to my greatest surprise, UPLIFTED!
My friends talked highly about this platform, I like it here it seems trustworthy so I trust this piece of info will spread far and wide to all those who have fallen prey to FXDD & other scam brokers.

In addition, the FPA has issued a note of EXTREME CAUTION WHILE DEALING WITH THIS BROKER. Also, the NFA has charged FXDD with violations of NFA rues regarding trade cancellations with a fine of approximately $2 million dollars. The Local Financial Services Authority of Malta also fined FXDD Malta €25,000.
With all these been said, no one should have anything to do with any FXDD personnel, their dubious ways have persisted since their establishment in 2002 and its waxing stronger! What baffles me the most is that even after 18 years of their fraudulent acts, they are still in the game and there's not been a permanent action to put them away! ITS WORRISOME

NEWS FLASH!!! During my course of searching for a trustworthy broker after my experience with FXDD, I came across another fraudulent broker with a more sophisticated scam tactic which I foolishly fell victim of once again. TAKE POWER INTO YOUR HANDS, LEARN HOW TO TRADE AND BECOME YOUR OWN BROKER!
