Este broker es una estafa.
Se roba los dineros de los usuarios y finge una supuesta venta de la empresa.

En este preciso momento no hay nadie que responde los correos y además se robaron los dineros de los usuarios. El dueño de esta empresa Emil Assentato es el principal culpable de todo. Cárcel para Emil y todos los responsables.

Por favor necesitamos respuesta sobre que va a pasar con nuestro dinero!! Nadie contesta ni se hace cargo !!

don't put any money inside that platform, they will not give you anything back. no one reply to my messages

Invested and operated for a bit, but swaps were so high, when tried to get capital out they started playing games, 3 months later I got the money… still have a bit operating but friends unable to deposit or withdraw money. Seems to be a big bust of company. Dont deal with them.

It's been more than a month since this company has turned ghosty. I can't reach any of account managers, not responsive at all. I couldn't withdraw any funds from my account. Clearly this broker has flown out with clients money.

Beware of this scam and sluggish broker. I have requested withdrawal since 10 July 2024 and still the fund hasn't been transferred. There are no responsive feedbacks from FXDD after I have sent this withdrawal issue to their respective email address.

FXDD is a complete SCAM. Do NOT deposit a single cent in this fake company which has stopped processing withdrawals since mid June 2024.

On June 19th 2024 they sent a very shady email (not from an @fxdd.com domain but rather from an @fxddtrading.com domain, which is suspiciously very odd) to all of its customers communicating the following:

Our esteemed founder, Emil Assentato, who has guided the FXDD group of companies with excellence for over two decades, will be reducing his role within select FXDD Group entities. Note that the email that they provided in the communication for the contact information for 888 Markets Ltd. is an email with the domain @fxddtrading.com and not with any 888 Markets Ltd. domain. This is a HUGE red flag and puts in doubt any transfer of ownership to a new group in the UK.

After that email was received no withdrawals have been processed and the customer portal was down for a couple of days (which I believe it was during that time that they manipulated internally the information in the customer portal in order to complete their SCAM).

On top of that, all the customer support team that was based in Peru was fired overnight without any explanation and when I tried to contact them (as I did in the past through WhatsApp) they replied that they did not work at FXDD anymore and that we should send an email to @fxddtrading.com (Trustpilot doesn't allow emails in the reviews) to answer any questions or concerns.

I have emailed several times but have gotten no response at all, and I am aware of many other customers that also have accounts with FXDD but have gotten no reply as well.

LLevamos mas de dos meses tratando de retirar nuestros fondos. Nadie da respuestas. Oficinas cerradas, todo el staff fue despedido, nadie da respuestas.

Llevo 3 años con Bydzyne, con su producto de trading. como Broker recomendado el market traders institute nos puso de primero a FXDD, debido a esto me cambié de otro broker con el que estaba. Ahora resulta que FXDD, vendió sus cuentas a otra empresa. NADIE, nos da razón de esto. Por dos años todo estuvo bien y ahora se desaparecen. Y en las clases Gary dice que ellos no recomiendan brokers, casualmente en la pagina donde salen los brokers recomendados el primero era FXDD. FXDD, no responde No libera los dineros, no dicen que esta pasando. Nos tienen retenidos nuestros dineros.

My id on fxdd is 681937. I have 4669.03 usd inside and i am inable to withdraw my money for over 4 weeks. They dont reply mails, customer support became a ghost. Today they stopped access to my account, I haven't been able to close my account or do any withdrawals for a month, and in a few words, they have disappeared with all the funds from my account. For a few weeks now they just stopped all support by email, chat or phone. The big excuse they gave me a few weeks ago was that they were being bought by 888 Markets Group (which I haven't been able to get any information at all). I hope that I can change my comments once they hopefully give an answer, until then be carefull with this huge SCAM.

llevo 2 años usando el broker y ha sido excelente, hasta ahora que se realizo un cambio de dueño y tienen los retiros retenidos desde hace 2 meses. Confiamos en la experiencia de un broker con una trayectoria de 20 años y es sumamente importante que se normalice cuanto antes el proceso de retiros.

Buenas días, es una pena, hace dos meses que no llega el retiro que realice, me dicen porque cambiaron de dueño, pero esto es antiprofesional, hay personas que depositaron confianza en este Broker.

Exijo que den el dinero que gestiono mi persona personalmente a retirar y que aún no llega.

My account number 1860712. I requested wire transfer withdraw 300$ in the mid of of April 2024. I still didn't get the money and not reply of any email instead the repeatedly reminders. FXDD team or management must be action against this delay in withdrawals resulting to crush the trust of customers and they will not invest any funds in FXDD in future.

My account number 6800102. I requested wire transfer withdraw 40k end of Apr. The clients service are very good, but the payment system is keeping update. I still didn't get the money. Be careful, don't request withdraw until the payment system update is done.

A very bad experience, I advise against trading with them for 10 days without withdrawal and no response from them. It seems they are scammers and do not return people's money, action must be taken against them.
