I'd give zero stars if I could
**. Edit: Fuugu promised me a refund and failed to refund my purchase, which is based on their error. I have several emails showing them agreeing to honor the refund then telling me to dispute with my financial institution, 3+ months later and it is still NOT resolved. They did not respond to my last email in 3/5.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Canceled ordered before shipped. Got confirmation it was canceled. They still shipped it - from NY. In order to return, they said I need to return to Germany. Blocking my emails. Get response from pay pal they will accept return to UK - returns will cost as much as product so I'm still fighting with Pay Pal. Do NOT order from this unethical, fraudulent company!!!!

Have had bad experiences in past with other companies taking 3 weeks to two months to receive purchase and sometimes never getting tracking number or product. Always go through PayPal because they will have your back should you have issues.
