Purchased a Sofa CXL by Christian Lacroix Clotilde form Galaxus.ch 2 person sofa, 3-seater, 4-seater in Sea Green Colour via product seller in Switzerland called Galaxus this is because CXL could not sell the sofa directly in Switzerland, this began in January 2025, firstly there were errors on the Galaxus Swiss website with name tags of the Clotilde sofa the correct colour naming convention did not correspond with the item online, so therefore beige sofa picture stated black, this was addressed with some weeks later, we then proceeded with the purchase of product online via the Galaxus website who assured us that there would be no further problems, moving on some months later the new sofa arrives it is not the same colour as the photo it's Sea Green no but its grey, we contacted Galaxus who offered us compensation for this or return of the sofa, we took the compensation and they stated the Guarantee still remains as 100% if there are problems in the future please contact them and so what happens two months later the sofa develops a defect one side of the under padding of the sofa it is sinking losing its strength and now it feels like a bench to sit on, very disappointed now having to recontact the seller Galaxus and also this time the design of the sofa as we mentioned from day one on receiving the sofa is is not the same as show in the Galaxus website photos of the sofa, it should have a structure of rolling mounds shaped to look curved but ours is squared off, this is now definitely leading to something not being correct here an it's very disappointing, Christian La Croix if you are reading this get involved because your manufacturer in Poland where this came from not France not doing their job properly show some responsibility as famous French designer and get involved!
