I wouldn't recommend
I wouldn't recommend. I switched banks and now can't make manual payments with the new debit card details (despite there being enough money in my account.) It just doesn't go through. Now I'm worried it will affect my credit score. I tried calling them several times and it just disconnects. Tried again today (Saturday) but they close at 1pm. I also emailed and they didn't reply. Stay away...

If you've had multiple loans with them…
If you've had multiple loans with them over a short period of time I.e upto 3 years the likelihood is they've let you 'hardcore borrow ' which constitutes mis selling of a financial product.
I'm waiting on 4.5k in redress from them, tried to low ball me offering 1500, I declined, they offered 2800, I declined and went to the ombudsman.
They are currently using CRS debt collection agency to try to pressure me into accepting their offer.
Rogue lender, beware!

I’ve used these twice now, easy application staff are lovely…. Just frustrating when your bank doesn’t allow them to collect your payments at the end of the month! (Depends which bank you’re with) I have had to make manual payments to them each month to pay off my loan.. it’s not fund yourselves fault … it’s the bank! Some reason except other loan companies in past to pay off your loan monthly just not these!! I have had no issues with fund yourselfs tho.. I would recommend them
