Never had any problems with this company, 👌 they always been helpful and always been understanding me. They helped me few times and I was managing repay, if u struggle u call them in time and explain truelly your situation and they will reschedule you payment. So far they was good with me, no any concerns with them.

Don’t trust them.
I took out a 2nd loan with fund ourselves aa the first loan was good, no missed payments, APR was good aswell. However, on the 2nd loan I defaulted due to personal reasons and being charged £235 a month over 3 months, which was a lot and the first payment had to be made 2 weeks after I took out the loan, which I was not able to do due to needing a new boiler. Due to the missed payment I then arranged to make payments via Step Change. Payments had been made on time each month but yet find ourselves keep recording them as late and then charging me a late fee for it. What started as a small loan of £500 has now doubled to £1000+ as they keep adding charges for late payments that are made on time. This company is very sketchy due to this. I have cleared the amount they asked for, including the extra making it £1000 and they have added on more charges out of no where. I have contacted them numerous times requesting confirmation of payments and that the account should now be closed as all payments have been made. I have sent them statements confirming the amount paid but yet I have not received anything and can see from my credit report that they have added on more money. Don’t trust this company.

The process was quick and easy
The process was quick and easy . Interest is high but that’s to be expected with these types of loans . Payments came out as planned . My credit score has gone up and I did not miss a payment or pay late but they won’t relent which I think is a bit off .

Had 2 loans off them then my bank would…
Had 2 loans off them then my bank would not authorise payments to them so i paid direct via bank transfer...however even tho i paid every payment early it still said late payment on at least 2 repayments ...i was told that they would be removed but they have not...and now i can not get accepted for another loan off them even though i was a good payee...
