Ich habe am 17. April ein Payout über 10k Dollar angefragt was auch bestätigt wurde. Jetzt 1 Monat später habe ich immer noch keinen einzigen Cent bekommen. Der Support hilft dabei gar nicht! Es wird immer nur gesagt du bist in der Warteschlange. Unglaublich unseriös!
Vorher bei einem anderen Account habe ich meine Auszahlung erhalten aber ohne den Refund für die Challenge Gebühr dort hat der Support gesagt, sie kümmern sich, dass ich den refund noch erhalte. Nach über 2 Monaten immer noch nichts bekomen.

Lasst am besten die Finger von FE!!!

Echt schade war vorher so ne gute Firma.

My first account was closed due to their server problems. My second account was closed for a new rule of inactivity which was non existant when I bought it and communicated only on discord. I reached the support for help but they forced the closure of the ticket without my willing and then BANNED me from their discord because I wanted to warned people. They don't allow comments on X. CENSORSHIP. They keep coming with new rules without warning to make you lose your account. BAD PRODUCT, BAD SUPPORT.

Careful all traders, FE just breached my challenge account due to 30 days inactivity rule. This rule is there to catch you out, its not in traders best interests. 90 days would have been fairer. Goodbye FE.

recently i passed my challenge account but they breached my account and make the excuse that i break their there rule of kyc and they suspend my account
i have to go to the place tell by the company to take the selfie from this place even the y send me the picture of that place and asked to give a selfie with the full name and the date i forget to take the paper of my name and the date and submit the selfie on their dashboard after so many email they said to me that they account his breached due to violation of rules even the blocked the chat from the dashboard

I successfully completed my Funded Engineer challenge and received a payout. For the past tow months, I've been using a strategy where I purchase smaller guaranteed HFT challenges❤️and link them to my Funded Engineer account. I trade cautiously, and once I see some profits, I get a payout from the HFT firm. I rely on the MQL5 bot called smart Funded HFT to pass these HFT challenges on my own.

I applied for a refund on march 4th 2024, which they approved multiple times on online chat since, but they never processed it. Still waiting for it more then 2 months now. Beside that they are changing the rules every week for traders, to make it harder for a payout, they have one of the lowest prices and there are also delays in bigger payouts. Their business model is unsustainable and I bet they will exit scam in a few months. Stay away from them. Their practices are shady and have huge red flags. I decided to write this review when they banned me from the discord channel for patiently asking questions about my refund process.

EDIT as reply: Yes, I've done that many times (once a week) from day one, but somehow you have not processed it. Always getting the same default generated answer of an apology and to provide details. I provided at least 6 times and nothing happened. You block customers asking about the refund process on your discord channel. Basically your "as soon as possible" means never so I doubt that it will be different this time.

I kept my issue with this platform privately thinking I was the only one going through poor experience. Until I started seeing others going through the same problems. I'm really convinced (Abundant haṣh) is simply the best due to it steady payouts method.

They breached my live account without any reason.They reset my acc back to phase 1 because they have issues to pay the traders.They closed the comments on twitter,they banned me from discord and they dont answer on mails, about 2.5 weeks. They are scammers...They did that to me and many other traders..Payments for new challenges are open and they dont pay the funded traders...You can see what they r doing.Ponzi Scheme.

ich habe mehr als 3 monate gebraucht um funded zu werden, das ich habe ich auch geschafft , da sie die kunden nicht mehr auszahlen konnten, haben sie alle konten auf Phase 1 und Phase 2 zurückkgestellt, leider musste ich wieder von vorn anfangen, ich werde nie wieder einen account bei denen kaufen, weil das jederzeit wieder passsierren kann, es gibt so viele andere prop firmen, die viel seriöser sind und das geld auch auszahlen.....

1- they are actively removing reviews to savor whatever they can from their fallen reputation
2-They are not paying out traders, some have been waiting from 20 days ago or more. They claim they will pay them out when the company is stable.
3- They refuse to scale me up even though I’ve been profitable with them for 6 months. They say the technology has not caught up. Even though the CEO is bragging about “the best scaling plan in the industry” in every promotional email.
4-THEY RESET ALL FUNDED ACCOUNTS TO PHASE 1 OR THEY PUT A PROFIT CAP AS LOW AS 1.25% PER MONTH (on any account that was bought before feb 7).

my biggest regret in my trading journey is trading with this company instead of a bigger one, I’ve put so much energy into this account to trade it as consistently as possible. My reward? Refusing to scale me up and putting a profit cap on me.

Frustrated and Disappointed with Funded Engineer

I’m really frustrated with Funded engineer. I managed to pass their trading challenge, but it's been nothing but a headache since. Their customer support might as well be non-existent. I’ve been trying to get my KYC sorted out, but they won’t accept my bank statement as proof of address, and they haven’t offered any help or alternatives. I’ve emailed multiple times with no luck—they just don’t respond.

During their account migration, things only got worse. I was left completely in the dark, with no replies to my emails for weeks. It's pretty unprofessional, and I didn’t even get a refund.

It's super disappointing to see all my effort to pass the challenge go to waste because I can’t even get onto a live account due to their lack of support. I’d think twice about dealing with this firm—they’ve left a lot to be desired in terms of professionalism and customer care. Just a heads up for anyone considering them—I'm giving them a one-star rating, and that's being generous.

Ich habe 2 Accounts beim einen hatte ich einen DD jedoch noch über der verlustgrenze dieser Account wurde einfach zugemacht und auf meine Mail wird nicht geantwortet.

Beim zweiten account in der Phase 1 diese habe ich mit dem Profit am ersten Tag geschafft meine Tage habe ich bereits auch voll aber bisher habe ich noch keine Zugangsdaten für die Phase 2 erhalten.
Ich finde dies ein bisschen unseriös und bin gespannt wie es weitergeht.
