The live support is okay. But the risk management team is HORRIBLE. They said they were gonna do a third party verification in 48 hours and its been 7 DAYS. They still haven’t verified me. The worst part is that the don’t reply emails. Fundedengineer.com your risk management team is the WORST

The worst Prop experience you can have. Utter disregard for users beyond marketing a faulty useless service to them. PAYOUTS are delayed for WEEKS "if" they're not denied based on their discretion. Once there's an issue, zero to no communication. Crypto not available yet they keep marketing it and saying they offer crypto. I currently still have a $500k cumulative account that i haven't even been able to trade for week straight. The only crypto pair tradable is BTC and its been placed in readonly mode for over 2 months now. Effectively, crypto traders haven't been able to make use of the service since February (4months as at May). To make it worse, no freedom to even communicate or complain on discord, once you raise an issue, your message is deleted immediately (programmed bot) or you're temporarily suspended. THE ONE THING THEY'RE GOOD AT THOUGH, IS BRINGING UP ADDITIONAL RETRO ACTIVE NEW RULES AS AND WHEN IT PLEASES THEM. RIDICULOUS.

EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS FUNDED ENGINEER PROP FIRM!!! I am the victim of not receiving 2 payouts and refundable fees as promised/advertised after being funded.

I was supposed to receive my 1st payout + refundable fees on 30th April 2024 after waited for 14 trading days as mentioned by their rules & regulations. But after waited for almost 1 week and receive no notification from them, I was then kept email them and even livechat numerous time every alternate days to ask about my payout progress.

They had always gave the same excuses "Hello again. We are currently processing payouts, so it might be a little delayed". They even passed around with different customer support person so I will have to keep repeating and told them the whole story again and again.

This situation prolong till 15th of May 2024 which reached the 2nd payout dateline where I clicked on the 2nd payout request and I even livechat again with them to ask about my progress as currently it has been 2nd payout which I did not receive anything from them up to now!

As time pass now still receive no update from them, I was getting quite frustrated and almost lost confidence and trust on them. On 20th May 2024, again I livechat them to ask about 2 of my payouts and refundable fees, and GUESS WHAT??

"We regret to inform you that your payout request is unlikely to be approved. Upon reviewing your account activity, we found that a significant portion of your trades were based on news events, which did not comply with our news trading rule.
We understand that this may be disappointing news, and we want to ensure you that our rules are in place to maintain a fair trading environment for all our clients."

I am able to write exactly the words above because I had print screen the whole conversation in livechat as my evidence. Guess what they do after that? They cleared all the history of our conversation in their livechat after I challenged them to show me proof that I violate their rules etc...and even told them I will expose them out in public.

There was once I joined their discord channel after attempting to ask about my payout issue in their general chat, guess what again? I was kicked out immediately after I sent the message in the chat and was unable to join their discord channel again.

I hope my above writing exposing their scammy prop firm thingy will be an eye opener for everyone. And for your information too, I have another 3rd payout pending to withdraw on 28th May 2024 which I knew I wouldn't get it too.

If they claimed that I breached their rules, For you guys information too, I only reached 1% 10K account profit in each payout. I'm not a high risk trader and I traded very safely and consistently to avoid creating excuses for propfirm to ban me which I heard a lot in trading space. I'm not new in prop firm trading space, I've been trading for almost 3 years and I have been trading in other prop firms too such as Funded Next, 5%er, Alpha Capital, Funded Peaks and consistently receiving payouts consecutively every 14 days in Funded Next. They are very good pay master and I appreciated it so much....

Margin called on a 0.5 position on a 6k account, nowhere near the daily or account max loss.
How was that margin level 110%... i should be able to control more units

I'm Pakistani USA Citizen from USA and I got a funded account with them and due to American policy they stopped the services in USA and said we will refund all American clients but after that it's been so long now they don't give any refund. Every time you email there is some new excuse every time I have all the proofs that they are delayed when I ll receive then maybe edit my opinions in review i Asked them about my refund and today they blocked me from their discord Server they are just scammer beware from them I have all proofs

With this outfit, you could be made to wait for up to 10 working days after passing your challenge before you get credentials for your funded account.

I now have a sinking feeling that this might be a scam. We will see.

UPDATING CONTINOUS EXPERIENCE:
24/05/2024: They will kick you out of their discord channel for asking basic logical questions. Nothing offensive. Asking why a promise they made has not be fulfilled as promised is all it takes.

Un risque de 1:2 pour une récompense d'un risque de 1 000 $ se transforme en une perte de 1 150 à 1 200 $ et une récompense de 2 000 $ se transforme en un gain de 1 600 à 1 700 $. Il est clair qu'ils manipulent les spreads, etc. J'ai négocié assez longtemps pour savoir que les spreads, les slippages, etc. font partie du jeu, mais pas à ce point de manière aussi cohérente. Il est clair que les choses ne vont pas bien avec le nombre de critiques négatives qui arrivent. Si quelqu'un lit ceci, mon conseil serait d'envisager les contrats à terme.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I passed my assessments and they said my account are under review. They have been under review for a week. I have sent over 35 emails, spoke to 4 different support members, reached out to live chat and on discord. They all tell me to wait and send me in circles. They have muted me on the discord. They kick me off the live chats. No one responds to my emails anymore. All record and my next payout from elsewhere will be used to publish their scam and share the knowledge

Since accounts were migrated away from purple trading the trading conditions have been terrible. 1:2 risk to reward of $1000 risk turns into $1150-1200 loss and $2000 reward turns into $1600-1700 win. It's clear they are manipulating spreads, etc. I've traded for long enough to know that spreads, slippage, etc are part of the game but not to this extent so consistently. It's clear things are not good with the amount of negative reviews coming in. If anyone is reading this my advice would be to consider Futures.

Terrible!! Once I passed my challenge I didn’t receive a single email. Was back and fourth with like 6 staff members for a email saying I passed. They kept telling me to do one thing after the other. Finally suddenly after 2 and a half weeks of being just told wait. I received my account from no where. Great we were getting somewhere. Still not a single email though. Staff are very unprofessional in there responses. Website looks like it was made on wik for free. So now I have my funded account payout request time is 14 calender trading days which is ok as not all firms give payouts in first week. But here goes the killer. They have a supposed back log of payments and after request has been made have to wait another 30days. We all know why because they haven’t got funds big red flag for suddenly shutting down. Also I clearly stated to them I won’t be buying another challenge till I see what your out system is like. I had a 100k account and was up in good profit. They breached me saying I passed my daily loss limit when it clearly showed on my dashboard I had over 400 left. This company is super sketchy right from the beginning god probably done me a favour to save me the hassle of trying to get payed and waste my time. STAY AWAY THEY ARE SUPER SKETCHY. if you don’t believe me spend your hard earned cash with them and see what I’m talking about.

I have purchasd a account and thn made up my mind as saw the unregulated boker, "fe-markets" in the server when loging in. They obviously tried to hide it in the website cause I wasn't able to find it even afterwards. I requested a refund and way more then 10 day passed since. They don't reply to my emails, don't connect me to agents in live chat, nothing. Totally ignoring me. Stay away from fundedengineer, go the5ers or some non-sketchy firm instead.

Manual Breach
My Mistake, I already had a bad experience with funded Engineer prop firm two months before, they manually breached my 300K account. After a lot of messages and tickets I received a account with lower balance than what I had. After so many Emails and promotions I try to give a another shot with 25K Account. Right now, it was also breached Manuelly even though my balance was 26.6K without any negative margin call or anything.

It was a good prop firm once, but right now better avoid this and go with the better one for no trouble.

UK Trader here with accounts across multiple 'propfirms'.
For clarification; I use a Trade Copy service to place my trades across all accounts.

Account purchased: 25K Superior.

Passed the Phases 1 and 2 using an EA - which was checked with the FE support team, and was said to be 'OK' if the trades were not 'exact' matches with another trader. The EA has a randomise option so it would be impossible to have all my trades the exact same entry / exit.

3 days after completing the challenge I received an email "Important Update Regarding Trading Account" which contained "...it has been confirmed that activities Group Trading..." - which is simply not the case.
I responded politely to the email asking for clarification, and I have received nothing back.

After Funded Engineer being offline for some time, I thought that they may have sorted themselves out, restructured, and started to offer a good 'prop firm' experience - which is why I decided to test them out with a low-mid level 25K account.

Unfortunately it was a bad experience, and would not recommend.

Happy to share screenshots of conversations / emails if potential customers are unsure.

I'd also question the legitimacy of some of these reviews. I am aware of a number of firms giving away accounts for 'competition winners', however the winner has to write a positive review prior to receiving their login details - How can they write a review without having an account?.
I am not saying FE are, or are not, doing this, but i'd recommend checking the profile of a number of reviewers to give some indicator on how legit the review is - on all prop firms.

They are scammers and i would not recommend any one to waste their time. they disqualified my acc while its in profit and giving BS reasons about margin rules. i have all the proofs of my trades. Guys its the worst prop firm and they wont let you be profitable. YOU COULD HAVE REFUND MY MONEY BACK OR GIVE ME ANOTHER CHALLENGE SINCE I WAS IN PROFIT WITH YOUR FUNDED ACC. It is painfull to loose money and on top of that to waste all of my time trying to be profitable and all of that goes in vain with a 200$ loss. My acc was 50k and i was in profit of 1600$
