Items crammed into a box too small, damaged and awful quality costing a few pounds retailed at £41.99. With delivery and (us Tax) £59.98

Price point sits below distance selling rules and they know it.

Beware a 18% restocking fee and shipping both ways if you wish to return. Leaves you paying 27.99 for absolutely nothing.

Quite obviously a scam, getting profit on items that remain sold then returned and resold in a merry go round reselling the same item over and over.

Absolute scum.

Diabolical quality of items at very high premium prices! I honestly couldn't see how it would fit any size or shape human body and the quality was like wet tissue paper. See through and cheap!

Delivery VERY HIGH (almost £15 for delivery)

Also, if you would like to return and item, which obviously I did, you will find this difficult and will lose money. Addresses are not clearly displayed to return to and you will have to pay the tracked return cost yourself!

Not only do you have to pay returns... you will be charged a penalty. I lost around £27.10 on "restocking fees" and returns.
So about a third of what originally paid!

When you do get your incomplete refund back... it will take about a month. Customer services will not help you with addresses and additional information, just pass you to their supervisor who repeats the same things...

Without a shadow of a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Ok to be completely honest with you i wasn’t sure of this website and company. The fact it’s a uk based website and the good are shipped from the USA. I brought a sports team shower curtain and the price was good didn’t understand why the tracking number I was giving was showing me the USA but they said it would be here by a certain date and bobs your uncle it was here on that date. It’s a good enough company would I return to them in the future well who knows

Shocking service. Ordered online and paid £8.99 for delivery specifically between 11th-13th June as I was needing for holiday on 14th. Contacted them today only to be told it had not been shipped yet and I was 3 minutes late in placing order and they could not uphold the delivery time. It is now a day and a half before I go away with no outfit and £50 out of pocket until it gets refunded! Ridiculous!

I was wary about using this company after reading the reviews, but went ahead and risked buying my daughters Overwatch hoodie as I couldn't find her size anywhere else! Can't fault this company at all! Easy ordering process, clear information in the delivery FAQ about customs charges etc (no extra charges were incurred with my shipment to the UK). Item arrived about 3 days after ordering, and is perfect!

Avoid avoid avoid. I ordered an item that never arrived. When asking about it the reply was "be patient". Now almost 3 months later the package was returned to the sender and when I asked for a refund they deducted all the shipping costs from the final sum. They said I should have investigated about the package myself as there was a secondary tracking number that was more up to date on the current location of my package. When trying to get through to customer service you only reach these outsourced Indian workers with fake western names who reaf scripted replies to you. Bs company. I'm gutted, because the package was supposed to be my girlfriends x-mas gift.

pops are cheap and always come well packed and take around 2 days to deliver :)

Items are not shipped from the UK despite it being a .co.uk address we were stung with £12.50 of import charges, and if we refused the items, it would cost us £13 to send them back. Customer services are useless and for care that it states nothing about import charges on the website

When you order an item with .co.uk in its web address, you might expect the items you've ordered to be shipped from the UK. But that's not the case with FUN...

I ordered two items from the website – which were shipped from the US, and I got hit with an outrageous and unreasonable import fee.

Be careful if you order from Fun.co.uk. There is a rollover on the order page which is incredibly easy to miss, which highlights any additional charges. The website does nothing to draw your attention to this – and as all the product prices are in GBP, it's not something you'd expect to have to worry about – but you'll feel angry and cheated if you don't make sure to check this 'hidden' information before ordering.
