SCAMMERS!!!!!

If only I’d read the reviews. I ordered a Marvel Spiderman statue from them. Received notification that it had been successfully delivered.. alas it never was. Despite countless emails to them no response -other than a ‘How Did We Do?’customer survey (the irony!). £60 down the drain! ..and BTW they’re based in Minnesota NOT the UK as you’d assume. First sign that this company aren’t what they seem. BUYERS BEWARE.

First of all I was not made aware the items would be coming from America (im from the UK) the website did not make that clear at all - it wasn't until I received the tracking information that I noticed, as a result of that - the items did not arrive at the promised time despite paying extra for delivery. I purchased 2 funko pops, they arrived late in what I can only describe as the poorest packaging I've seen for funko pops, they were in a box twice the size of them, rattling around freely with no foam/bubble wrap/packaging pellets. The box was badly damaged, so were the pops inside, im an out of box collector so this wasn't the WORST thing in the world, but I would 100% be cautious if you are a in box pop collector.

Ordered £170 worth of good and paid £10 shipping fee. Took ages to get to me and when it did there was a letter through the door for just under £46 of shipping charges to be paid. Email got ignored and when I live chat to them they just weren't interested. Disgusting and will certainly not be using them again. They couldn't be less interested!

idk when it's going to come, but my demon slayer katana was supposed to come on the 16th. And guess what. it's the 20th and it hasn't come yet. I have put a 2 star because it might come soon but I'm not sure it's going to come. pls deliver it.

Excellent Customer Service! questioned about my order, they responded to me pretty quickly and sorted out my problem, they were very helpful!

WORST CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE

They don't have an option to put my whole zip code. This made my order o be returned. While in the process, they had the option to revert but they decide to not do it at all.
Now, they will receive the order and I will be without the item and the money.

I will not buy anything from this site ever again. Worst customer assistance of all time.
Don't buy from this web site, trust me.

Be VERY aware of the restocking fee here of 18% as you will not receive a full refund for anything that you have returned. Excessive postage costs AND this additional loss of money, plus terrible customer service.

Excellent service, I ordered a duplicate by accident but after a quick phone call it's was corrected to the right product and immediate refund of the price difference. Arrived 2 days later. Used this company twice and will continue to use in future. Quicker and cheaper delivery from US then I've had from most UK companies.

Bought some Haunted Mansion figures. There are 7 pictured different figures and I ordered 5. The boxes are not mystery and the figures can be seen from outside the packaging. You'd have thought they'd have known I wanted 5 different ones, but no they sent only 3 different ones, therefore giving me doubles of 2 of them. They did not send the popular figures either. I was of the understanding that as it is fun.co.uk, that it was based in the UK, but no. I had to pay import taxes on top. They really should make that clearer. I cannot give them a good review as I am REALLY disappointed in their service. They could have emailed prior to dispatch if they only had 3 different to offer a refund, rather than send doubles, as now I've got to try and sell the less popular ones!

Absolutely top notch - cannot fault the service. Easy transaction, mega fast shipping from US to Staffordshire UK in 2 days - barely get that speed from Amazon Prime at the moment.

Absolutely fantastic I cant believe how many bad reviews they are . I just recived my daughters costume she has plague doctor and wow its top quality I'm really surprised as for people moaning about shipping its not rocket science you get to choose the shipping so I'm confused to why people are moaning I will defo use this site again not really bothered if it is based in america . 100% top quality I would highly recommend and for the people saying this is a scam site are lying!!!

I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews because I honestly had such a good experience shopping with this site (why was I the only one?). The item I wanted wasnt available on any UK websites and yes, as others have stated, the site does give you the price in GBP and the delivery was quoted as £2.99 so you would think it was from the UK. However it took me 2 minutes looking on their website to see it was US based - and I still chose to order from them (£2.99 delivery is an absolute steal from the US!). I tracked my item the whole way from New Jersey to the UK, didn't pay a penny more in customs or anything when it arrived here and it turned up on time and in perfect condition. I honestly wouldn't hesitate to use them again. If you feel misled because the company is US based you really need to check companies details more before you order because it states quite clearly on their website!

The company website I looked on has the Fun.co UK name,also says Halloweencostumes.co.uk in its header and an English phone number but is obviously US based,order and then you're hit with CUSTOMS CHARGES!!

Like others, was not aware this was a USA-based company.

The only positive from the experience was that the items were as described, although we're really approaching "bare minimum territory" on that one.

Most egregiously, I had to pay the customs charges to Parcelforce despite paying for delivery with the order; the customs charges were nearly 100% the value of the items I bought.

Delivery was guaranteed by 27th July, the items arrived this morning. The customer service is literally non-existent, phone number doesn't work, email form doesn't work.

Just a truly atrocious experience from beginning to end.

Scam is the only word for it.

Dreadful company and it seems nothiing can be done about it....taking peoples money and when you call the line is not valid no response to emails either.Horrible and now i have dissapointed kids

As per other reviews I purchased two items believing I was buying from UK company not one based in the USA. I’ve just been to the post office to collect parcel and pay the £14:67 excess charge for customs duties. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

I ordered thinking UK website, and ended up paying £15.90 customs for totally wrong items. Disgraceful that no mention of customs was made but even worse to receive the wrong item
