Wrong item sent and difficult to contact
I ordered a Fully L-desk after finding positive experiences about the desk from YouTube reviewers.
It shipped within the projected timeline but they delivered the wrong colored frame.
I tried contacting Fully by calling their customer service phone number which was disconnected. They should consider removing the phone number from their automated emails.
I have since emailed them about the issue. If I do not hear back in a timely fashion, I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.
It is not exactly sustainable to have poor fulfillment quality control for a Certified B Corp.

I have a 1 month old desk which has stopped working ie doesn't go up or down. Tried to call multiple times. In vain. Emailed and got 1 reply then radio silence. My desk is stuck at a weird height which makes it extremely difficult for me to work on it and very uncomfortable. I had a problem with my fully Jarvis desk and customer service was able to send me a replacement top under warranty. I greatly appreciated the excellent customer service and left a 5 star review. Unfortunately, the replacement top arrived damaged. I have sent multiple emails and completed the online customer service request form, but have not received any response for over a week. Very disappointing. Would appreciate if someone would contact me to resolve the issue.

I placed an online order for a Fully Jarvis stand only on Sunday afternoon. I quickly realized that I had ordered the wrong item and wrote to customer support, tried calling the provided customer support number and waited until monday morning when Chat support was available. I chatted with Jessica, who told me quickly that my order was already being prepped for shipment. When i expressed it had been less than 24 hours and i needed the order to be canceled, she ensured that it was canceled and that I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. Today, tuesday, less than 48hr from placing my order, I received a notification that my order was out for delivery. I immediately tried to contact Fully via Phone and Chat support options - both were completely unavailable. The phone line doesn't ring, instead a message stating "no support agents are currently available to take your call, please call back later" the website's support section has removed the chat support link that I used yesterday, although it says support is available from 9am-4pm PST M-F. I've tried contacting multiple times throughout the day, with the same non responsive results. Where are your employees?!
The product was dropped off on my doorstep, while I'm not home to receive the package, making things even further complicated.
Understaffed, incompetence or whatever the case may be - this is extremely unprofessional and I feel I've not only wasted my time but I've lost faith in a local business that I wanted to support.

Terrible customer service
I recently ordered a desk from Fully for my CEO's office in another country. However, the entire process was a complete disaster from start to finish. I received two boxes with no clear indication that they were not complete, and only after shipping them out did I receive another package a week later that contained another part of the table.
When I reached out to Fully's customer service for help (spoke with Emma), they were completely unresponsive and unhelpful. It's clear that they don't care about their customers and are only interested in making sales. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Fully if you value good customer service and a hassle-free experience. They are fine until you have an issue, but once you do, don't expect any help or support.
Busy Office Left Hanging with Broken Desk
My colleague and I recently purchased several standing desks for our office in New York. We're a repeat customer of Fully, and have worked with the same two representatives each time we've purchased Fully products.
Amongst other hiccups with our most recent order, one of the desks came with a broken motor. The third-party installer who installed the desks on Friday, 2/24, told us a replacement motor would be sent, and that we could expect it early this week.
Friday evening after the install, our sales rep followed up via email to see how the delivery went and to express that they were there for us should we need anything else.
Since then, we've followed up SIX times via return email to both reps without response. We've called their office and direct lines, leaving voicemails without response. We've also emailed Fully's customer support email, and waited on hold with their general corporate line, only to be disconnected after waiting on hold for half an hour.
Our main issue now is that we have a desk that is set to 24" in height, and is therefore out of commission until we can get a replacement motor. This small piece of equipment is now displacing a new employee, and delaying a larger office buildout.
Posting here in an effort to get a response, as we've had nothing but radio silence from our Fully representatives for almost a week. We will not be purchasing from Fully again.
Above and beyond issuing replacement parts
I bought a Fully standing desk (a Remi) around 2.5 years ago, during lockdown. The desk itself is great - very sturdy, nice build quality, smooth lift etc.
I moved house a few months ago and partially took the desk apart, putting all of the "small bits" including a couple of wires in a clear bag, which has then completely disappeared in the house move. I assumed I would be out of luck and have to either fork out for a new desk, or make do with something cheap.
Fully customer services have been incredible - not only are they going to send me all the replacement parts needed, they are going to do so for free (not even charging for shipping), and the response times to my back and forth (with two different CS reps) have been professional, polite, and incredibly helpful.

I believe this is one of the best experiences I had with customer support. I got a chair with a broken part and the company helped me out with the new part delivery. After I found out that there is a bigger problem than one part they sent me a brand new chair and now everything is just perfect. This is how you acquire loyal customers.

I’ve literally been waiting over a…
I’ve literally been waiting over a month for a refund because I didn’t get my item. They even started by making me wait 4 days and even longer since. I should have looked at this site before ordering instead of their website reviews. They even asked me to trust my signature on a non-receive form to show I didn’t sign for anything and it shows that. I also have no past delivery on my dpd account or any dpd updates since before that “delivery” day. I feel so messed around. They have taken my trust my time and my money. They haven’t even replied to me in a month with any apology or refund as promised. Why did I send that form trusting my signature too just to be ignored. You’ve time to falsely say delivered when I try get support yet you can’t reply with apology or refund to me. This is such a horrible company. I’m so stressed and out of pocket.Updated this March 24th, still not resolved. They reply they want to resolve on reviews and then don’t. Stay away from this company if you want good customer service and to not be left out of pocket even two months later.

I bought a Fully stand-up desk for my office. It's beautiful and simple. I love the keyboard drawer -- it lets me keep my desk top free of clutter so I can enjoy the clean bamboo.

Non-delivery of purchased goods
I ordered a desk from Fully on 19th January. After querying where my order is I find out that the desktop is out of stock and the company cannot give me an expected dispatch date but that it will be at least the end of March! There was no message to suggest this when I ordered and paid for the desk. This is a company that seems to pride itself on fast dispatch times. They have apologised “ for any inconvenience “. Of course it’s an inconvenience. When can I expect my desk?

Poor product quality and customer service
I purchased their powered grommet cover and the usb ports stopped working after a little over a year of light use (their warranty is only for one year). From their product page, this was a common problem this product has and previous buyers were encouraged to contact their customer service even if their warranty has passed - after all they claimed to have their customers' backs. I took the chance and contacted their CS just so they can tell me to repurchase the item at its current sale price (which I was very much "in luck" for). I left a review expressing my disappointment in Fully's lack of support and poor quality product on their website, which got removed shortly after.

Lamentable atención al cliente / ninguna garantía post-venta
El pasado 10 de diciembre me llegó un escritorio de Fully, el 'Jarvis Laminate Standing Desk', de más de 600 €, con todo el embalaje destrozado, como si se hubiese mojado, y dando toda la sensación de que me habían enviado un producto de segunda-mano. El transportista de SEUR, de hecho, me dijo que le daba "vergüenza" entregarme el producto en ese estado.
Nada más recibirlo "contacté" con Fully. Pongo ese contacté entre comillas porque tuve que llamar a un servicio técnico que es casi imposible que te coja el teléfono, que no te atienden en tu idioma y que no tienen, por ejemplo, un servicio de chat. Tuve que abrir un ticket por correo y tardaron más de una semana en contestarme, sin hacerse en absoluto cargo del estado del envío y sin garantizarme en ningún momento que el producto que me habían enviado fuese nuevo.
3 correos / tickets más tarde he desistido de intentar que se hagan cargo, lo único que hacen es darme largas, y además tardan un montón en responder.
No recomiendo en absoluto comprar con esta marca. No te dan ninguna garantía, los envíos tardan muchísimo (en mi caso 2 semanas) y son una chapuza. La mesa está bien -sin ser nada del otro mundo-, aunque en mi caso se quedan todas las huellas en el tablero, la superficie es súper sucia.
Muy mala experiencia con ellos. No le compréis nada a Fully.

Slow to honor warranty
I bought a Remi electric desk from Fully Europe and the electronic mechanism to raise and lower the desk stopped working after nine months. I contacted customer support over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received the replacement part.

Bought an Alani chair
Bought an Alani chair. The chair came broken. The seat depth does not work and whenever I move, the entire chair moves with me. It's really annoying and I think the locking mechanism in the seat depth broke so its not staying in place.

No support. Refunds never materialise. Poor quality products.
Totally disheartening experience after using fully in the past and it appears the quality of customer service has completely tanked.
I have previously purchased an uprated sit/stand desk, monitor arm, power gromet in the past to the total of nearly £1k My previous experience and the quality of the goods was acceptable.
Recently I have purchsed a dual monitor arm with laptop tray. In short, the quality was appalling. VESA mounts made of cheap plastic, poorly thought out design, laptop tray has shockingly short reach, plastic covers have weak retention mechanism, rubber pads not aligned correctly, laptop tray side arms block ports and so on. Overall barely fit for purpose and not worth the price tag.
I sent fully a detailed breakdown of each issue and requested support / fixes / considerations. The reply was utterly disheartening. Nothing could be done. Deal with it!
In spite of the poor response I was offered a refund of £50 which has yet to materialise (over a month since that email) and when I followed up requesting a status of the refund I was told fully are too busy and I will just have to sit back and wait. They're too busy dealing wtih black friday sales!
So they can look after new customers but not existing ones who've spent over £1k.
My last communications were back in November!!
Suggestions and requests for support fall into the void and offers for refunds will be actioned when fully can be bothered to get to them.
So if you're considering these trustpilot reviews in light of making a purchase from fully, find another manufacturer and save yourself the hassle. You won't be looked after. Your feedback won't be actioned and good luck if they offer you any type of refund. You will never see it.

I have ordered the desk 2 weeks ago and didn’t even get a tracking number yet.
After reaching out to them they informed me that the product I ordered is discontinued and I have to pay more money now to receive the desk.
First of all, who sells items that aren’t available anymore and then doesn’t inform the customer?
I get that mistakes happen but then reach out proactively.
I haven’t heard back from them for several days now and I have no ideas on if I even get my desk - it seems I just spent 600€ on nothing
2 stars for now in the hopes I’ll still get either a desk or my money back
