Over my expectations
Bought the Jarvis standing desk. Shipment to Italy experienced some delay, nevertheless, I was timely updated on the delivery status. The product is great. Sturdy, beautiful, fluid. Totally recommended. A pity that Fullly has such low reviews, if they were bad, now they improved a lot.
Received both orders from sale period and great quality chairs
I have bought two different ergonomic stool chairs recently in separate orders, both in the sale and have received both orders. They shipped from Belgium so didn't ship immediately, ordered first chair on 12th March and received 17th March (within their advertised timescales) and second chair on 20th March and received on 29th March and received an email advising delay due to high orders in sales. Customer service has been great for me but wasn't fast (7 days for email response) and have received a refund for a price match guarantee they have, so have two really good quality chairs for amazingly low prices. Did notice a lot of the sale items are out of stock now and if I saw these other reviews I would have been put off ordering, so not sure what is happening, but I have had no problems at all and really happy with my new chairs which are really comfortable and helping improve posture at desk.

NO phone support, no email support - absolute mess.
I would like to cancell an order that is not shipped yet and that is delayed by almost two weeks after purchase.
I raised multiple tickets via email and their website - no response even after their advertised 5 business days wait.
I noticed on their website that sometimes the phone number to their customer support is shown and sometimes it is not (probably when the demand on the line is too big, they turn off the phone number).
Unfortunatly after trying to call them multiple weekdays in a row during their advertised open hours (9:30-17:00) I was automatically informed that the phone line was closed and the call disconnected. Why bother leaving the phone line on, when this is the result? Did all your customer support agents just turned off their phones while working?
I do not know why they keep insisting on their webpage that the "live for the 5 star reviews" for their customer service. At this point I am wondering if they even have a customer support team.

Scam
Well, apparently everyone fell for the spring sale, including myself.
My order was due to deliver over a week ago, and I have no information from the company, there's no tracking system and customer support is obviously non-responsive.
I will ask for a refund, just not sure how to do that yet. What a great scam.

I paid for my desk on Monday but haven't gotten any information on when I will receive it, despite multiple emails sent. I have now cancelled my order and requested a refund. There is also no way to call them. If Fully.com is reading this, please note that I will take this review down when I receive my refund.

I ordered my Jarvis desk during the current sale more than 2 weeks ago, no info besides the confirmation of my order and an e-mail with excuses have been received from fully, it seems however that their payment system works really well and did charge the money already however I do not know if they will ever send the goods and their support team is not capable. Don't buy from them

I got my desk frame 3 weeks later after purschase, and they answered to my order cancellaytion, just after they sent the package, but it seems that the electronic system has some defect. I can not adjust height continuously, because it stops lifting and then goes back. I wrote to the support, waiting for the answer.
I had the same issue with many of you here. I ordered my electric desk from EU store, a week ago. No shipping details received until today, not even answer my e-mail.
I'm getting confused if this is a scam or just a company with terrible customer service.
If I get an update or get my desk, I will change my review.
Worst service I've ever encountered
Update 30th march: so they did answer quite quickly this time and just annulled my order instead of changing the tabletop. Waited almost 3 months for.... nothing. Thanks a lot for wasting my time and not even apologizing for it. I gave it one star, but if I could I would have given it 0 stars after this experience.
My first review I've ever written. This should tell you something about the company. If you decide to go with a fully desktop because you read somewhere like me that they have a good customer service: DON'T, their customer service is really bad atm and whatever it once was, it isn't anymore.
Ordered a desk on the 16th january. Website said it was backordered, but that it would ship early january (even though it was already past mid january, but okay). Still didn't get a confirmation of shipping mid february, so I contacted them to ask for some info. They said they were having troubles with their stock and that it should be available somewhere in march. They couldn't give me an exact date, because logistics.
Fair enough I understand the difficulties of logistics. So I wait and wait and wait. 20th march still nothing, so I send a mail to customer service asking them to just change the desktop to another color that they do have in stock. I have to wait 8 freaking days for a reply that says they don't have my original desk in stock and it will never be in stock again. Never mind that I asked to change the desktop, they just ignore that part. Instead they tell me something they should have told me immediately.
Now I wonder how long they would have kept me waiting. Like WHAT THE F???? I already PAID for the desk that they say should have taken a week to deliver, instead it's been almost THREE MONTHS (read that again: T-H-R-E-E MONTHS!!!!). I was even not given a solution from their customer service nor do I have any info. I don't see any orders anymore on my Fully account, I don't have any communication whether I am being refunded or not. Right now I feel like I've been scammed for 600 euro's, since I can't see any orders on my account but I also haven't received a refund.
Still I'm not prepared to write my first bad review ever. But I'm also not going to send them a mail just to wait another week AGAIN. So I decide to call them: instant voicemail that asks to leave your information after the beep so they can call you back.... But then they just cut the line. So I can literally not contact them by phone. This means waiting another week AT LEAST for a mail with a high probability that the response will be worthless, because they don't really read what you're saying.
This was the last straw for me. I see people complaining when their order had a week delay. I think it was more than reasonable of me to have been this patient, but three months delivery time when they promote themselves having a delivery time of less than a week... Followed by a nonexistent communication (they just answered me that my order will never be available again, ignored my request to change the order and they didn't even ask me what I wanted to do next nor did they propose to give a refund... almost as if they want me to forget about my order and money). That's not even unscrupulous marketing, but a scam plain and simple.
I choose this company because it apparently valued customer service. Ironically this is literally the worst service I've ever encountered. I don't know if I'm just having bad luck or there's something going on with the recent take-over, but as it currently stands this company is a must avoid. I'm willing to change my review somewhat if I'll get a solution, but right now I'm not exaggerating by giving them one star.

Weeks of reading reviews left me excited for my new Jarvis. That company of the past doesn’t exist . Upon receipt, the bamboo top had inserts that were inoperable so the table won’t stay fixed to the frame, damage to the table top from shipping as well as damage to the hole covers. Rust in the legs and emailed last week to get to work and no response. Next step is disputing charges on my amex…. This whole process is completely upsetting.

Jarvis hardwood table + Jax arm + Sidekick
Ordered a hardwood Jarvis table, Jax arm, and Sidekick cabinet. I have never received any product from Fully in a good condition so far. 3 out of 3 - damaged or poor quality. Table - damaged tabletop right on the surface when you see it the most. The suggested by support discount did not cover the repair expenses. For the Jax arm - the paint peels off right after you take the arm from the box. Sidekick - factory defects on the front panels. Support stopped answering after I asked them to publish my reviews of their products on their website. Low customer service, poor quality, and horrible delivery at a high price tag.
The professional reviews are not wrong; build quality is fantastic.
Bought the desk based on the stellar reviews from sources like Tom's Guide and the NYT. Purchased directly from Fully and received the desk very quickly (5 days from order to receipt). FedEx dinged the boxes a couple of times, but I can't fault Fully for that.
Instructions were clear (the video is very good) and the desk was sturdy and functioned as expected. Motors smooth and quiet, the bamboo surface perfect and solid. I also purchased the bamboo shelf unit, and it is also sturdy and smart-looking. I had been wavering between a cheaper MDF desk solution and the Fully, and every day I'm glad I made this choice.
Fully scammed
Wish I had checked Trustpilot before making my purchase. I bought a monitor arm on their website a week ago. It said it would ship the next day and I'd get an update with tracking information. Nothing. Can't reach customer service.
It seems that Fully was recently acquired by Miller Knoll. They left their website up and are still taking unsuspecting buyers' money even though they basically don't exist anymore.
I have submitted a complaint to the EU Consumer Centre. I urge everyone else affected to do the same. The acquiring company should be forced to refund orders that were never fulfilled.

I ordered a Fully electric desk but unfortunately it did not come with the remote control.
I tried contacting Fully by calling their customer service phone number where nobody responded and the phone. Umber is now disconnected. I emailed 5 days ago but also did not hear anything back. I have never had such a bad experience with customer service before. It’s absolutely atrocious!
