Professional approach of the Support team

The platform changed the name months ago. I bought my previous course still under the company’s name Full of Mind. After the change I still could use my course but recently the course was removed from the platform.
I reached out to the Support team and they not only answered really fast but also offered me to choose one of the available courses as a replacement, free of charge.
It was really nice and professional from their side. Thank you Louise for your help and professional approach!

This people are thieves

This people are thieves. A scam. They charge you without you noticing it. I dont even know what they sell. I just saw thieir page and they have super wanna be spiritual-artistic etc content. They have charged my card for some
months for $79!! For nothing. They don't even send a link or any content ( if I would have bought this garbage). Please stay away.
I also saw they have many compllaints at the Best Business Bureau in USA (aparently they haven't answered). There is another scam company called Banseji. stay away. (Just get classes and explore classes and content that are in the apps of your phone, not these scam sites)

Did I Get Got?!

I just made a purchase today and then could not even connect to the site. All of the links in the emails I received refused connection to the site. I am still, of course within my 7 day trial period so I hope they don't drag their feet with my cancelation request on WhatsApp and via email. This for real feels horrible.

I strongly advise against using Newmindstart/Fullofmind. After purchasing a course from them, I was unknowingly enrolled in a monthly subscription and charged $79. Despite multiple attempts to cancel this subscription, I found it impossible to do so. This has happened for the second consecutive month, and there appears to be no straightforward way to stop these charges. This experience feels like a clear scam, trapping customers into recurring payments without clear consent or easy cancellation options. Be cautious and steer clear of their services.

My situation is very similar to others…

My situation is very similar to others who left a bad review so i dont want to repeat in lenght. I was trapped into buying an all courses subscription although i intended to buy a one time course only. They refuses to refund because of 14 day turnaround policy. I should have been more careful but i am not the only one who feels scammed by this site.

Scam, takes money without permission

If I could go less than one star would. Same as other people, I purchased one course from an ad and when I signed in to view it I was subscribed to the $79 fee without knowledge. I have tried to cancel my subscription, which they make you go through around 8+ times of requesting to unsubscribe, and then at the end it fails and gets stuck in in ‘processing’. Will be handing over to my bank.

Please stay away from this money grabbing platform. You want to buy a course, the system tricks you into taking on a trial subscription that then proves impossible to cancel. I've written to support 4 times to cancel it and instead I get María (supposedly there to help) to expand my trial period and put me under pressure to continue with the subscription.

Stay clear of this company

Stay clear of this company. The quality of the course is low...even if it is only €19. There is no refund, they just transfer your fee to another low quality course.... but the main reason for giving 1 star review is they scam you and take €73 per month out of your account. In order to access the initial €19 course you need to click a box to continue... this box is the subscription box and it is not clear that they will take money from you... and then it will be hard to unsubscribe. there are so many people in my situation now, trying to get money back....

Waiting for reimbursement

I bought a course and then discovered that I had been charged the full subscription of $79 on top. Fullofmind agreed to refund the $79 but two months later the payment still hasn’t come through! A month ago they said it’s due to delays in Stripe processing the payment. So my credit card company is now raising a dispute. Not a very good experience. Be aware that they automatically charge the full subscription even tho you think you are only buying a course.

Avoid these scammers

Avoid these scammers. They have caused so much stress for my wife. She signed up for a cheap £2 course and they then started charging multiple times £60 or £70. She blocked further charges with the bank, but the business then charged under the name Newmindstart.com. They do not respond to emails and just keep charging.
