I joined one of their monthly competitions, and it was exciting to compete with traders from all over the world. The ability to trade crypto on weekends is a huge bonus for me since I like to keep busy. Their One-Step Program is also very practical perfect for anyone looking to trade without too many barriers.

I appreciate how quickly they process payouts as I received mine within hours via crypto. No matter where you’re from or how experienced you are, FTUK offers something for everyone.

This company is a total joke. They will do whatever they can to avoid making a payout to you. First they will send you a letter saying your account has been breached (when it hasn’t) and offer you a coupon to sign up again at a discount. Then after you call them out they say oh sorry our mistake and reinstate your account. Then you’re accused of copy trading (no idea how) and they offer zero proof of it and terminate your account when it’s time to be paid. They’re an absolute scam, stay away. If you make money, they will NOT pay you

I have reached out to you and you won’t respond. Again you accuse people of things, close their account and offer zero proof. I can prove everything is legit on my side, there is no way for you to do so.

I just register an acc & when i want to verify my identity but got rejected 'its say Suspected document tampering' But this week I registered two funding websites with the same Identity/data & was accepted and when i contact the support they said i dont need verification before buying any challenge lol

In other prop firms it's not like that, what if there is a problem when I want to withdraw & it is rejected at that time? Wierd

I’ve tried a few prop firms, but FTUK is by far the best. The Instant Funding program is a game-changer it’s simple and straightforward, with a static drawdown that doesn’t eat into my progress. I started with their free trial, and it was a great way to test my strategy. The trading platforms, especially TradeLocker, is smooth and reliable. Their team is always available to help. FTUK makes trading feel easy, and I’d recommend it to anyone, no matter where you’re from!

They appear like a trustable company especially when you talk to their support. After speaking to their support SEVERAL times to clarify guidelines I took on one of their 2 step evaluations. I passed both steps very easily and then they rejected me with a vague response saying I violated prohibited trading practices. So let's be clear here. First I talked to them several times before trading. Then there is phase 2. When you complete phase 1 they look at results then approve phase 2 attempt. Meaning phase 2 was APPROVED for attempting. They would not reply and give a clear reason why they rejected me. They don't actually want safe traders that will have results. Like all the prop firms I've seen so far they want someone that will eventually fail. The only reason I am even trying a prop firm is I am unable to trade BTC properly from where I am. So if you can trade somewhere proper that is regulated - do that instead. Don't waste your time like I did. They don't actually want winners as advertised.

P.S. I have all of the correspondence and screen shots of all dialogues. Furthermore do not assume because they reply politely here they are actually a valid functioning company. This is their seller - customer service. When it comes time for things that matter they will lie then fail you. Check other reviews that are negative they all have the similar things in common.

EDIT: Since FTUK replied with their usual polite BS customer service I am replying in kind. I spent 2 weeks with their rules and going back and forth with multiple customer service reps before starting the evaluation.

This is straight from their site's FAQ:
"Can I use EAs and trading bots?

Trading bots and Expert Advisors (EA) are currently permitted at FTUK.
However, they must not be used to trade in certain ways including tick scalping or martingale."

FTUK please learn your own rules and stick by them. You said I used a prohibited bot but it's not a bot and it's not in the public realm in any way so it can't actually be prohibited. Before you decide to say it was either of the other 2 actual prohibited methods please note that 34 seconds to 47 minutes trades are not tick scalping so impossible for that to be the reason. Trades were only placed in 1 direction in 1 market therefore martingale is also out the window. Please learn your own rules and don't waste people's time.

These guys even went the extra step in disabling my login to the FTUK account AFTERI posted this review - not before. Funny.

Instead of replying to my email requesting what my prohibited practices(plural) were, you ignored me after a generic copy paste rejection email. You are replying here where you shouldn't be if you had proper customer service. You reply here because it hurts your pockets from new people giving you evaluation money which is all that you are concerned about.

I've never written one of these before. I literally made this account to expose your nonsense. I hope it helps even 1 person stay away from you.

I have only good things to say about this company. Their customer service is always on point, both through emails and live chat. There were a few confusing situations with my accounts, but FTUK quickly resolved them, and I have nothing to complain about. The payouts are also on point through crypto.

I will gladly continue working with FTUK!

I started using Ftuk funding service a month ago using my Ctrader ID. Suddenly I received a message that on November 29, Ftuk will stop working with Ctrader and I must move my funded account to different trading platform which I don't know how to work with.
The company is forcing me to move to another trading platfrom and refuse to refund my payment.

I purchased 2-STEP challenge and already moved to 1-STEP aftter working a month on getting the new challenge!

I will not use FTUK's service again and do not recommend using the service.
