I was about to buy a package but noticing 21% of negatives reviews has given me a clear understanding of FTUK, I'll stay away.

I joined about two months ago, and it’s been great. I love the transparency and how they deliver on their promises. I had two of my trades closed automatically and the support team walked me through the breach which was a softbreach. Fingers crossed, I'm not having a breach again

I had a very good experience with FTUK so far, and I just received my first payout! I was worried after reading the negative reviews, but I followed all the rules and had no problems at all. Also, it was a very fast process as I requested my payout 48h ago, and the money is in my account already :) I’m honestly very happy with it and looking forward to continue trading with them.

The static drawdown feature on the instant funding is a lifesaver. I'm not a fund of trailing drawdown. It’s so much better than a trailing one, and it gives me room to breathe.

I can trade NIFTY 50 on funded accounts, and it's good.

I didn’t think I’d like their monthly competitions, but I joined one last month, and now I’m hooked. Didn’t win, but I came close, and it’s fun to see how I stack up against other traders. Gonna try again next month. On concern is there are duplicates entries which they need to fix to give other traders fair chance

I’m gonna be short describing my experience with this company. I got the instant funding $100,000.
To start you have to gain the right to get those funds trading with a $25,000 account where you have to achieve 10% which I did twice because they stated I was trading without using stop loss (which is alright they implement the stop loss policy, that makes you a better trader)
Once I got the $100,000 it took me a little to achieve the 10% and in this time in all this time I did not request any payout because I wanted to double the account.
And used stop loss all the time except for a couple of times that I clicked by accident because I trade from my phone but rapidly I cut those trades and you can see that the lots were minimal 0.01
Basically, they denied my $10,000 and kicked me out of the platform. When I asked for a review on my trades, basically they said they were not going to entertain my request. Rude.
So, to finalize, this company do not want successful traders, they just want to rip you off and keep you hard earn money.

FTUK has been awesome so far! I love that they have a 1-day minimum trading requirement for instant funding. No unnecessary waiting. Just get your account, make smart trades, and boom, you’re funded. Highly recommend these guys!

My experience with ftuk has been nothing short of amazing. I’m based in India and love the crypto trading on weekends. It’s a feature I didn’t realize how much I’d appreciate until I started using it. The monthly competitions are fun and challenging. With such excellent features, I feel like FTuk is always finding ways to motivate traders to improve.

When I passed 2 steps challenges. They denied my live account and requested a phase 2 challenge retake saying:

"The rules that you've violated is the risk management rule with trades losing more than 2% of your account starting balance. "Traders are not permitted to risk more than 2% of their account starting balance".

They requested me to do a retake of phase 2 challenge. For anyone who plan to participate FTUK please read their rules on their QnA page

This is an unpleasant experience for me.

I have attempted to contact your support team multiple times to inquire about your services, but unfortunately, I have not received any response so far. This raises concerns about the quality of your customer service.

Additionally, I noticed that the website is not user-friendly and does not provide clear or easily accessible information. Could you also clarify whether your company supports clients from Morocco or if there are any restrictions in place?
