Valuto esperienza slot. A dir poco imbarazzante. La perdita è parte del gioco, ma ricaricando a botte di 20€ e giocando su diversi provider non ho mai raggiunto la somma di €50 di saldo. Che dire manipolano bene le loro slot. Da non provare! E aggiungo che non chiudono l’account, dunque molto perocoloso per chi ha un problema con il gioco.

they stole my money

I had 3 bets on ice hockey I was watching the games and when the games finished they count my bets as lost. And when I told them to check again the said the are lost correctly. I was myself watching the games and I know my bets have won. Cancel Frumzi

Non fate l'errore di registrarvi, non si può avere il limite di deposito, e se si chiede la chiusura dell'account non viene chiuso e nel frattempo si perde molto, e per chi ha dipendenza del gioco è pericoloso. Perciò non registratevi al gioco fumzi evitatelo.

Withdrawal Not Processed – Frumzi Casino

My name is Athanasios Bardopoulos and I have an account with Frumzi.com, accessed via frumzi10.com.

On May 1st, 2025, I submitted three withdrawal requests of €500 each, totaling €1500. As of May 12th, 2025, none of these withdrawals have been processed or received in my bank account.

I have contacted Frumzi support multiple times via live chat, where I was only given vague responses like "we have forwarded your request to the relevant department," and received no replies at all to my warning emails. I find this unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I believe that this behavior violates basic player rights and creates strong concerns about the platform’s integrity and transparency.

I am requesting urgent assistance in resolving this matter and recovering the funds owed to me.

10 stars if I could! This casino has very friendly customer service, they refunded my bonus spin winnings after I accidentally cancelled them. I've played at many online casinos and I can't recall another one who would do that! I'm definitely recommending them!

Absolute scum

Update number 2* months of being talked around in a circle, sent terms and conditions to show that they are in the right despite these terms and conditions not having anything to do with the situation, being ignored, told it was my fault, told to "verify my account, but not in email" after they deleted my account then being told "oh you can just send it here"....I'd given up until I just saw they responded here and what do they say? Same copy pasted response to email them. Why so I can go through months of the same. Again, just avoid them. For the sake of your own sanity and wellbeing just avoid all these sites they are all run overseas to avoid laws and accountability and all of them run algorithms to make sure you never truely end up winning anything. Anything you win would have already been lost plus more

Update* they have now deactivated my account with no warning and no contact after live chat telling me they had escalated the issue multiple times and they won't answer my emails asking why. Avoid at all costs, complete joke of a company I have reported them to the gambling authorities and to the cyber fraud department.

Absolute scum. They had a data breach resulting in me having thousands drained out of my Frumzi account. Been almost two weeks, multiple contacts to support chat, support email, complaints emails. Absolutely no communication, no help whatsoever. Don't trust these scammers! I've been on other sites where I've had issues or concerns that have been addressed in hours. Pretty sure their entire customer service is AI
