Very disappointed in quality of me whitey tightys I have bought forever. Loose threads around the band everywhere. Had to discard at least 7 lately after one single wash. I will now go to another brand, something that has never even crossed my mind in the past. Sad.

I purchased 4 Items directly from the website last month. Two weeks later when I tracked the shipment it’s still in warehouse. I called customer service and one lady picked up and told me that it’s fedex problem that they didn’t picked up from the warehouse. I asked if they didn’t picked up on time Do your company follow up? She replied “we receive thousands of order and we can’t just pay attention to your order” I asked don’t you have a inventory or dispatch team to monitor? She said she re orderd the items or if I don’t want it she can refund me. As a customer these are not the answer we looking for. She should have taken the ownership rather than blaming fedex. I was so disappointed by your customer service team and they really need training.

This is the third time i bought 6 bikinis in size 5, and only 5 pair were in package. Twice at Target, once at Kohl’s. I’m not looking for my money back, but you’re also not looking for money from me any more..Fruits

I purchased some men's underwear from Walmart and they did not last that long, The material stretched to point where it was too large to wear.....

I placed an order and they accidentally charged me twice.. I got through to customer service immediately. They apologized credited my account and sent me Is a duplicate of what I had ordered at no charge. They're customer service is awesome! I can't say enough about them.. I would give them 10 stars if I could..

T-shirts blow out in the sleeves and shrink in length! Jersey shorts roll down! Garbage !!!

My husband and I have both worn these t shirts for years but the last t shirts we ordered they have all shrunk so disappointing as these were always such good quality.

Ordered size 44 bras and they sent wrong size. Told package was delivered and was not. So far, I have been taken for $54. What a scam. Never order from Fruit if the Loom. Plan to report online so others do not get taken!

I bought some underwear from FTL and the stitching in one of them started coming out. I emailed them with pictures and explained. I was surprised they duplicated my order and they sent it to me. Very happy with there customer service.

They only sent part of my order. It's been 5 weeks since I made my order and still haven't received the rest of my order. I paid 15$ for faster shipping. I have emailed them no response or refund. I will never buy anything from fruit of the Loom. They basically stole from me.

Sad to say, but the quality of Fruit of The Loom women's & men's underwear are a waste of money!!! There great until you wash them after 2 to 5xs & that's it!! The elastic string in the waistband begins to fray & fall apart!!! Quality underwear should not do that....period!!! I took a picture to show exactly what I stated above, but I didn't see an option to add that photo. Very, very disappointed. 😞

I purchased boxer shorts and on there site they advertised 2 five packs of face mask for 10.00 . When ordered they charged me15.00 for 1pack of mask. When I contacted them they say you have to order 2 , I don't know what planet they come from but when I ordered from other sites and they advertised 2 or 3 for a price and you click add to cart it goes in automatically. They false advertise and steal your money. Do not buy from this greedy corporation and they should be sued and we the people should stand together and sue them

About every 2 years I find myself replacing my old A-shirts. For nearly two decades Fruit of the Loom has been my go-to for them (after a competitor had failed). They fit well and were made well. My most recent purchase, however, was very disappointing. They have skimped on the length. One of the beauties of their A-shirt was the length. They always stayed tucked-in. Now, forget about it. I am 6 foot tall, 155 pounds; that has not changed. Their product has. They are in the trash, I have accepted the loss, and moved on to another brand. You have lost a long-standing customer, Fruit of the Loom. You may want to bring back the length/quality. Most people will pay an extra buck for a superior product.

I love Fruit of the Loom and always get their socks and underwear and sometimes their basic t-shirts, so I hate saying something bad about them. I had bought some face masks from their website based on the pictures. When they arrived, the style didn’t fit. I was unable to return them due to health concerns, and that’s okay. I did leave a review saying they needed accurate pictures of the masks on their site because it was false advertising and didn’t want others to make the same mistake I did. I didn’t think anything more of it because I thought my voice would be heard and the company would add some photos. Instead, I received an email from them stating that my review did not meet their website guidelines (they did not explain which guidelines the review did not meet) and they had removed it from the website. Now the perception is that they delete everything negative even when it’s meant to be constructive feedback just so they have a better rating. I’ll be shopping all Hanes products from now on.

Don't purchase anything on line from this company, ordered $70. of merchandise from them, they sent 2 items, tried to contact them with no avail. You can't get anywhere on the phone # they provide on their site, they finally answered a email blaming the covid for their slow response. I ended receiving a email stating the remainder of my order was on the way, right after that email they sent another saying part of that order was being cancelled, I yet to receive any refund for the cancelled items, or the delivery of the remainder of the order!

Purchased f, o, t, l, T-shirts in the past they were OK, not now very poor quality like wearing an old sack on your skin much better quality at asda

50%(3 pair)of the 6-pack of underwear i bought 2 months ago have fallen apart at the seams. so cheaply made it's pathetic. why bother even making such a shoddy product. so wasteful! damaging to the environment even! milking a once trusted brand for profit should be a criminal offense. i am thoroughly disgusted with this product. shame on you!
