I've purchased Fruit of the Loom socks for myself for years now. My husband purchases his from this brand as well. Every pack before was made thick and held up pretty nice. All of a sudden the last packs that each of us purchased (at different months) both seemed much thinner. Now months later, I have holes in EVERY single sock. I can't think of a time that I've ever had holes in my socks previously... On to looking for a better quality brand.

Underwear briefs are of the poorest quality possible. In less than a year the material starts to separate from the waistband and at several of the seams resulting in multiple holes everywhere. This occurred with all of the briefs in two separate packages purchased over a 2 year period. So the problem runs deep. Would not buy again. Moving on to Haines, a much better quality product.

Unfortunately I’ll have to amplify all the negative reviews you read here. The T-shirts, I ordered, plain white, didn’t even last half a year! Holes in the armpit area, threads coming out and they are definitely not “heavy cotton” as they advertised. They try to manipulate the notion of what heavy cotton actually is.
This brand does NOT hold it’s reputation as it used to in the 90s.

They get holes in them after wearing them for one week they are not worth buying .I will never purchase anything made by them.

First I have to say I like fruit of the loom why else would I buy there stuff. Recently though they screwed me over. I ordered some stuff in Dec. Early enough that it would get to me by the Dec 15th. Well it did indeed arrive Dec 15th. But if was not what I order like not even close. I ordered thermal underwear they sent me plaid PJs. So I called they apologized for the mistake. They said they would ship out what I ordered but it wouldn't get there till after Christmas. Here's the thing on their website they have expedite shipping available. But they refused to do that. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was given the run around. They promised they would call that night or the next day... No call just bad customer service

After waiting all day on Saturday for the call from Hanna the supervisor. I called back I talked to Jasper. After a short chat he told me Hanna would call me and she did. But she was no help at all. I ask if they could just refund my money plus the cost of now express shipping. I would reorder. She says 6 she could do that but it works take 4 to 6 weeks to process. In todas age I don't understand why that would be the case. Do in the end. I have little too no faith they will do it. I have no idea why they name people supervisors when they just do what the under them do. Happy freaking holidays

All apparel is garbage. I've worn the underwear twice. Its coming apart at the seams. All of them.
This is crap. I'll never buy Fruit of the Loom for anything.

Crafted comfort fleece pants and sweatshirts although soft and nice looking run small and are not true to size.

If I could give them a zero I would. I have ordered sweatpants from them several times. Usually 10-12 at a time. The last two times I was shorted on my order. The first time I was shorted they sent me the one pair. This last time, they asked me for a picture of what I received. I sent them that. No response. I have emailed them twice and no response. It has been almost two months and no response from them. No refund, no pants. I have saved all emails for proof.
This is pretty poor customer service. I will never order from them again and will not recommend their product.

I recently purchased a product supposedly manufactured by Fruit of the Loom as shown on the product itself and on all packaging. After washing as directed, all the threads started to pull out. I contacted them within a day of purchasing and washing the item as directed on their customer service site, providing both pictures and the receipt.. They referred me back to a contractor that makes the product for them. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is completely false. I would never buy anything from them again.

Recently ordered 4 packs of 3 White T-Shirts from an online retailer. Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how badly these shirts were put together around the neck line. Seriously 10 shirts misaligned at the joint? Obviously whoever manufacturering these are paying their staff either piece work or bonuses just to get them out the door. There must be thousands of packs of 3 alike. Only two of the shirts were passable within my order. When I purchase any clothing or soft furnishings I always check the stitching and seams to make sure their all parallel with one an other. After all if your paying good money for a brand name you expect top quality. 'But what I'm noticing nowadays a lot of these brands are slipping on their quality and Fruit of the Loom obviously appears so with my order!!! I've taken photos of the extremely poor workmanship of these other 10, T-Shirts to post on the retailers website when they request a review. I found an hole under the arms in one of them as well. I guess not many customers check the most important part of clothing, if they did they would return them like I have!!!

My sister recently made several purchases of sweats from fruit of the loom... all of which she's sending back as she couldn't bend over or sit down without showing her behind to the world. She decidedly isn't a plumber and is very sensitive about her body so I'm compelled to let everyone know that fruit of the loom is no longer producing the outstanding product they used to. In the past they've done a lot better. They can do better, They should do better. In this case they failed my sister and anyone else who received sweats like the ones my sister got.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction of one of your products. I purchased a 6pack of underwear that was perfectly packaged and never been opened. I when I got home I discovered that I had 5 pairs of underwear in the right size and the 6th pair a size 9. I wear a size 30, plus size. I paid for an item and did not get what I paid for. It's upsetting

I have been buying Fruit of the Loom underwear and the sizing is all wrong? I wear size 38 jeans but the XL/TG will not fit and the packaging is confusing? I want the Boxer Briefs (long on the legs) in I guess 2XL. I keep getting shorter ones and in XL? The packings is confusing and Wal-Mart will not accept them as a return? I now have a 15 pair of useless underwear that has cost me big bucks? Fruit of the Loom will only give me 3 pairs refund.

I have been purchasing fruit of the loom bras for over 10 years. I’m not sure what happened but the recent purchase of 6 bras are nothing like the ones I have. The cup size is off, the band is wider and too tight, the quality is awful

I bought 3 pairs of socks for 15 dollars. The socks are extremely constricting and uncomfortable. And I'm skinny. I think companies that have received all the community support a company could ask for should be extremely ashamed of selling bad products.

Your only goddamn job was to keep my feet comfortable, and your product actually causes me physical pain. Makes me want to punch an overpayed CEO right in the crotch.

I have bought Fit for me briefs for quit a few years. But now they are so thin and start getting holes in them within about 2 or 3 weeks! It's not worth the money you pay for them!!😡😡

id love to leave a good review. but oh my what a let down. please be wary as they have no processes set up to deal with anything!

I ordered assorted colors pocket t shirts. This order was for WWII & VIET NAM VETERANS. Never got the correct order kept sending me black and gray. My veterans have had too much black and gray in their life they would not credit my debit card I use. FOR NOW I WILL NOT EVER BUY FRUIT OF THE LOOM PRODUCTS.
